I was into real estate sales in some very high-priced markets.
In comparison, the values seem to be close to the same. As to the size of lot & proximity of neighbors, they seem very close. For what you get, for what you pay, it seems crowded.
Fogarty collection Hmmm well this then that,
Im on an acre, and have no one in front, it is a dead end street. We are 2 in from the main road, a steep hill.
?
standards are 350 yards from front door to the edge of the property, in the shortest direction.
then at least 75 foot set backs,
given the hill we are in a very private setting , not the top of the hill though.

Behind me, down hill a lot, a seriously screwed up property, that was foreclosed on, in 3/14
just sold for $450k, i do not think it could have been a straight, bank finance, but i'm going to have to check. .

Apparently
The deal was that the buyer could pay the back taxes and get dibs to buy a wet parcel, that when I tried to buy ,10 yrs ago, was told it was protected wet lands.
I was duped, and bought the house above and behind the one that sat on the swamp.
?
maybe the Toot Toot?

(the knee ya' know, oh owe )
[Click to View YouTube Video]oops that was not it i was thinking' The Twist & Shout, From Farm aid 1992,
Now I'm told this A-hat owns both the swamp and the drive way, that when I was in negotiations, was termed a Right of way over the front homes property.
This is what has me worried can it now be developed? It seems so.
what happened.
sorry sir but they all look so nice and sweet here.
Without getting side-tracked, and not coming back to hear whats next
or just picking what one likes.
I will try to limit the inputs like you said , I said, I would just not every time.

There was a pair of those shoes on a wire on I Street just above First Avenue for about fifteen years. Might been an old pair of Bill Walton's
Gone now.

MyGodt! Were any of us that tall once? So many years ago, so many free shots...
Before there were fast breaks but today's are supersonic in comparison; three-pointers fall like rain; and refs...they're still refs.
(And I'm now benched for misspelling the UA coach's last name.)
And how about the obscene level of those vintage 60s gym shorts compared to today's concession to hip-hop fashions?

The Space Case
Sitting in front of the TV set
And having bad thoughts about that hottie Annette,
The young Mouse broke out in a heavy-duty sweat
As the Vanguard burned up on it's pad.
Bushman, help me out here...I'm stymied and I can't get it up.
"XL500" is an odd combo of Roman and Arabic numerals, but it's better than "40/D."
Sweetness. Especially sitting in the back seat with a certain Mouseketeer.
Not to be confused with the later model Mouseketeer.

I won't go the rest of the way...
That is, except to say...
No home runs for Ruth today...
This is the old redhead, eh?
And I would simply like to say...
Thanks for listening today.
We'll have the box scores after this commercial break. Okay?

Appears to me that the real question is of "the chicken vs. the egg" variety:
Where does the nonsense really begin?
I'm just speculating here, but sense most likely preceded nonsense.
It like the old Hegelian dilemma WAY/NOWAY.
One really cannot discern noway without having first grappled with way.
You never heard Stephen Foster mention noWay down upon de Swanee Ribber, right.

Go directly to Go.
Stop.
Simon says, Stop.
Now go.
Simon says, "What say?"
And you say, "Go."

The movie that I watched last night and finished today, Restoration, starring Robert Downey Jr., has a very lively dance scene at a Quaker sanatorium.
"Quaker Round-up" is what feralfae attends in her community, whereas in other places it's "Quaker meeting."
http://setsuled.livejournal.com/1068375.html
The idea of the dancing, according to the physician played by Downey
was that it might help the inmates to remember their times of joy
in the time before they lost their ways and drifted into madness.
Restoration of sanity
Restoration of vanity
Restoration of the manatee

this page made a sour man smile ,
How you must be proud of this baby wrapped n static,
I think we need
More J Crump,
and Throwpie
& the Rev Mathis,
hey you got love 50 year long pals
who get to chew the fat together
I wish I had that,
but I have a fat wife so I am very lucky too.
She is only fat if you compare from when we met till now.
Two kids , a tragedy, and poor persons' stresses
and diet have taken a toll on both of us.
We still make a cute, if improbable couple.

That pack horse is going along
Listening to a song
That says 'I could never follow.'
That was an exceedingly good bit of go-filming.
I kept waiting for Miss Braidy to look at the camera, but she kept her gaze looking ahead,
which is smarter and safer than how a selfie-ish person would go about it.
Takes a lot to laugh,
It takes a horse to ride
Through empty spaces and to glide
Along smoothly like that.
Now which way is the wind blowing in this picture, Bob?
