Klimmer, what are your thoughts on the Protocols of the Elders of Zion?
Mighty Hiker,
I really do not know anything about it except what Wiki says . . .
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Protocols_of_the_Elders_of_Zion
The Protocols of the (Learned) Elders of Zion (Russian: "Протоколы сионских мудрецов" or "Сионские протоколы") is one of many titles given to an antisemitic text purporting to describe a plan to achieve global domination by the Jewish people. Following its first public publication in 1903 in the Russian Empire, a series of articles printed in The Times in 1921 revealed that much of the material was directly plagiarized from earlier works of political satire unrelated to Jews. [1]
Sounds like an anti-semitic fraud.

Vatican: It's OK to believe in aliens
May 13, 2008 By ARIEL DAVID, Associated Press Writer (AP)
Believing that the universe may contain alien life does not contradict a faith in God, the Vatican's chief astronomer said in an interview published Tuesday.

From a Catholic Forum with very interesting links in the original post . . .
http://forums.catholic.com/showthread.php?t=143361
came across a story regarding Monsignor Corrado Balducci. He is a Roman Catholic theologian of the Vatican Curia, a close friend of the pope, long time exorcist for the Archdiocese of Rome, and he is a Prelate of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples and the Society for the Propagation of the Faith.
Monsignor Corrado Balducci has said that extraterrestrial contact is real.

FATHER BALDUCCI assertions about Extraterrestrials. nonsoloufo. Retrieved on 2007-01-11.
Monsignor Corrado Balducci has provided analysis that relates directly with the teachings of the Catholic Church. He has stressed that the extraterrestrial encounters "are NOT demonic, they are NOT due to psychological impairment, they are NOT a case of entity attachment, but these encounters deserve to be studied carefully." He also said that the Vatican is closely following reported incidents of extraterrestrial encounters from its Nunciatures (embassies) in different countries.
I'm not a UFO fanatic, but I'm curious what do you think? I just found it odd that someone from the Vatican would make such a disclosure.
I do not agree with the bolded statement. Just how do you square an Alien raping a human and not consider it Demonic?

The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is a vicious, racist, forgery. It is impossible to overstate how repugnant it is.
It was also one of the first modern conspiracy theories (the granddaddy, if you like), is still looked on approvingly by some of the virulent right-wing and xenophobes, and has no more basis in fact than most of the drivel that you post.

MH,
It is either happening or it isn't. Guess what? It's happening.
Large amounts of people either witnessed these bigger UFO events all at once or they didn't. Mass amount of people have seen these and all at once. The eye-witnesses all agree. And they reported to the authorities the same witness.
People are either making it all up or they aren't. Mass amount of people who witness something at the same time do not get together and conspire to lie.
Governments are disclosing what is happening or they are not. Guess what? They are disclosing. Get over it. Check out the official government websites.
All these individuals are either insane and out of their minds or they aren't. Guess what? These people are normal, sane, and are willing to risk the ridicule to state the truth.
It isn't a matter of faith. It is either happening and it's a real phenomenon, or it isn't. The fact of the matter it is real. The evidence is in abundance now.
Jesus in the Good Book states concerning the last days this day would come to pass . . .
“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” Mat 24:24
These great signs and wonders will happen in the skies for all to see. The UFO phenomenon and sightings around the World are increasing in number, they are not decreasing. They are meant to deceive and make people turn further away from GOD.

If someone really wants the physical evidence that UFOs/Aliens really exist, you have to do the homework. You have to read. One of the best websites doing much of the groundwork for you and organizing it in a very easy to search format is this site . . . no point in trying to re-invent the wheel. They have done a great job . . .

Apollo 14 astronaut claims aliens HAVE made contact - but it has been covered up for 60 years

Either Astronaut Edgar Mitchell is an American Hero Astronaut, the 6th person to ever walk on the Moon and he knows what he is talking about and has access to those who also know, whom you and I do not have access to, or he is an insane individual in need of psychological help. Do we send crazy people to space? Did we send nutjobs to the Moon?
No we do not and no we did not. He is an American Hero speaking truth to shadowy power.

Why did Keene say that his kid was in the balloon?
Why would I give a crap as to the motivations of crazy people to make up sh#t? I can't even understand why people watch sports instead of playing sports so I could never understand why all pictures of bigfoot and aliens are made with crappy cameras that can't focus.
Why do the aliens always fly far enough away to only look like lights in the sky instead of moving in a bit closer?
Why do people think there is a monster in Lock Ness even after a guy confesses to initiating the hoax? What about that girl with the fairy pictures (not gays BTW)? How about the guys that admitted they made the first crop circles and the others who wanted to copy it to increase tourism in the area?
Asking why people don't get more interested in investigating this stuff is just showing the same ignorance of human nature as the people who believe all of it. Sure, there might be some aliens or monsters out there but there is so much crap to wade through that is just human dysfunction that I'd rather avoid the whole thing. So what if that's an ark on the moon. Why do I care when I can't make my house payment and buy food for my kid?

Too much, too many, too long. Engineers, police officers, military high command leaders, every type and class of people have had incredible stories, and for the life of me, I don't believe so many credible people are making up the wildest fantasies and promoting them without any chance of remuneration or reward at all. These people are being held up as fools and idiots, like you have been doing from reflex to Klimmer, who has created not ONE single frame of all he has posted.
ALL of those people, in responsible jobs and positions have not fabricated the episodes they are reporting, they are merely feeling compelled to report them. I want to know what they are seeing and WHY.
Rok speaks the truth, as usual! I know someone of the highest moral fibre who doesn't drink anything stronger than Finnish coffee (granted, that is strong stuff) who saw one. In fact, most of the people in her town in Finland saw it, for 10 minutes while it parked over their town uploading herring recipes or whatever.

Rokjox,
One thing is also, the Rosewell incident is a water-shed incident in the UFO World and is very, very well documented. We now know nearly exactly what has happened. High level Military officers who were involved in the official cover-up have come clean, often before they passed away and have given their accounts.
The "official" story of Rosewell has changed so many times over the years. The US Government can't even keep their lies straight anymore.
Also you do not threaten the people who lived there and witnessed the event and had pieces of the wreckage with their lives, (yes, lives were threatened to stay quite), and forcefully removing all wreckage that people had collected, or buy them off with money if it was just a weather balloon.
One of the best most accurate and fully up to date books on Rosewell to read is:
I read it . . .
Witness to Roswell: Unmasking the Government's Biggest Cover-up (Revised and Expanded Edition) (Paperback)
http://www.amazon.com/Witness-Roswell-Unmasking-Governments-Cover-up/dp/1601630662/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1273769002&sr=1-1
2 others I know a great deal about:
The Roswell Legacy: The Untold Story of the First Military Officer at the 1947 Crash Site (Paperback)
~ Jesse, Jr. Marcel (Author), Linda Marcel (Author), Stanton T. Friedman (Foreword)
http://www.amazon.com/Roswell-Legacy-Untold-Military-Officer/dp/1601630263/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1273769002&sr=1-7
The Day After Roswell (Mass Market Paperback)
~ Colonel Philip Corso (Author)
http://www.amazon.com/Day-After-Roswell-Philip-Corso/dp/067101756X/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1273769002&sr=1-8
We know the whole story now, and were the wreckage went, where the bodies went, we know the whole cover-up. We know all about Majestic 12. We know.
By the way, Bible Code says so also. I posted that up-stream.
We know.
Pate,

We know. Your utter certainty, based on a flimsy foundation of trivial facts, unfounded assumptions, unproven hypothesis, and crackpot nonsense such as the bible code, speaks for itself. An absurd edifice built on quicksand.

How are all you naysayer debunkers who just have a knee jerk reaction to everything no matter what, going to dig yourselves out of all the ignorance you spew and have spewed, when everyone will know that it is true?
Everyone will know soon enough that it is indeed real.
What are you going to say then?
Boy I hope Chris Mac does indeed archive everything on ST. I have nothing to be ashamed of. I've been honest and straight forward from the get-go.

Everyone will know soon enough that it is indeed real. When? Perhaps you and FatTrad should team up, in terms of predicting events. Though his weltanschauung has slightly firmer foundations.

I have refrained from posting because there is nothing more to say, Klimmer believes in this stuff and while there is no good evidence of anything that he says, he isn't going to change his mind on it.
Human witness is a very fallible piece of evidence. People can be mislead by any number of perceptual limitations. Remember perception is not just what it is possible for you to sense, but what your nervous system does with those sensations. Humans are convinced that the world is a certain way, and that they sense it as it happens, when the actual case is quite different, as has been demonstrated many times in well designed experiments.
So even American Heros can be mislead (if in fact the quotations offered are representative of what they intended at the time). The words "Unidentified Flying Object" mean just what they say, though we have heard these events interpreted as "Alien Space Craft" so often as they have almost become synonymous. The vast majority of UFOs are explainable, some with more complex explanations than others, as physical phenomena, weather, misperception, etc.
There are a class that defy explanation, but usually because the evidence is not good enough to draw much of a conclusion. In fact, the evidence most likely to be brought forward as supporting the extraterrestrial intelligence origin of UFOs falls into the category of "not good enough to draw any conclusion on."
One piece of support for this point of view is the rather long time the ET/UFO interpreters say these sightings have been happening, essentially throughout recorded history. Yet there is never any definitive evidence in all these years to conclusively make the case. This is not just a USG conspiracy, but a world wide conspiracy that has been around for as long as we have records, throughout all of history.
Aside from extremely good limits on what is possible, in terms of space travel for any intelligence (be it biological or "artificial"), there is the daunting task of seeking out the places in the universe where life might have happened... that is, mostly it doesn't. You have to search the universe, find the planets and travel there in a finite period of time. It would be highly improbable that life elsewhere would find us here, even if they could overcome the problems of long distance travel, which is not likely.
However, if you would invoke the supernatural, well anything is possible... and it moots any rational discussion on the topic.
Klimmer can wait all he wants for the "Truth" it's not going to happen because it isn't true... but he has other explanations why it won't happen... and he is not alone.
