Brian, that's not James' style. He is incredibly positive-even when he is pounding you. The character he played in "Train Wreck" is the way he his. I can even forgive his wince-inducing "I'm the best player."

Well said, Roger.
I am reminded of the song You Can't Always Get What You Want.
Each team can stride manfully away, each dignified by their best efforts.
I thought that the fact that the whole series and the whole season, for that matter,
boiled down to the last minute of the last quarter was the most exciting thing about this shebang.
Congratulations are in order.
Thanks for your insights from the Cleveland fan's POV during this thread.
Peace.

Kyrie Irving's 3 pointer over Curry captures the 7th game at just the right time: the chance the Cavs win was ~35%; Irving shoots ~40% from the 3 point line during the postseason. Symmetry. Classy Curry aftergame.

Kyrie's three and Lebron's block on Iggy were the plays of the game.
Cleveland is partying so hard tonight.

White pieces? However, I always thought that one hefted bricks toward the ring.
Random Notes:
By my count, had Cuz Fred followed my trademarking advice, he'd have been receiving some fat $.45 checks in the mail this week.
This Justin (Bieber) followed LeBrim all the way to Miama.
Slomo seems to show the ball not hitting the glass until, LeBron touches it. To me that means it's not coming down yet.

LeBron James put on an epic performance to claim his third title, helping Cleveland end its 52-year drought of professional titles. But just how unbelievable was King James?
The four-time league MVP led all players in the Finals in points, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals -- the first player to do so in a playoff series.
James also became the third player in NBA history to put up a triple-double in Game 7, finishing with 27 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists.
And then there's being down 3-1.
Best Finals since '98.
One of the best of all time.
