Jody has every right to not like some of his tax dollars going to maintain the Safety Net for the poor that both Democrats and Republicans continually vote to keep going.
Like Jody, I have the same right to not like paying thousands of dollars in property taxes knowing that a large amount of my money goes for school to educate children.
I don't have any children, why the hell should I have to pay for other people's children?
Well Jody, we are both in a tough position not wanting to pay our hard earned money to benefit someone else,
But it looks like nothing can be done to make us feel better, things are not going to change.
It's tough being selfish and righteous pricks but somebody has to do it

My Grandmother was a lovely Christain lady with class and dignity. To refrain from disparaging others seemed to be a basic tenet of her faith.

I don't think you should have to. Property taxes are assessed by the city/county though. Not sure Trump can do anything about that
A lot of my federal taxes go to people with children.
Have you ever taken a federal child tax Credit?
Not that Trump can do much about anything.

Only 19,000 on that list have been diagnosed as mentally ill, and would have been on the denial list regardless.

This is NOT simply having your check mailed to your relative. It requires you designating that you are no longer capable of managing your affairs, and designating someone else.

Any reasonable person would understand those countries have many people of various faiths. When did judges start using imagined citizens with assumed perceptions as the basis for enforcing the rule of law?
Gosh, I think that President Trump is not imaginary. And he PROMISED that he would enact a "Muslim Ban" for a period of time, to "sort things out.
And they he enacts a BAN, ONLY on MUSLIM-predominant countries, "for a period of time", "to sort things out".
But he said he'd win on appeal.....just like he did on the first travel ban. How's that first appeal goin' for ya?
