alpine hammer bupping twice?

Seriously, the proceeds will go to Gordo. If no one meets the $400 minimimum bid, he gets the cash and I keep the alpine hammer.

Hmmmm?

Like so many climbers who Todd extended his hospitality and generosity to, I also had the pleasure of camping at Rancho Gordo, both at his current digs and his original house across Quail Springs road. So to help in the cost of the roofing job and the bills in general I'll put up for auction this first edition of Batso's Downward Bound. Even though the edges are a little frayed, it has been opened fewer then 10-15 times. The opening bid is $100.00 and the auction will stay open until the Toddfest in April.

A big heads up to Larry (sandsnow) for his help with the electrical at Todd's. We got a big chunk of very scary sh#t taken care of. I will post pics of before and after shots.

Dave, add Larry to the list of folks who have donated their time and money to keep Todd's house from falling apart.

More electrical to be done by me, but Larry was a HUGE HELP!!!!!!!

THANKS LARRY!

From a month ago, Mz. Peplow and Arizona Ferric Monkey put a book on the block:
That my dear friends is a copy of the limited print run of "15 Climbs in Sedona That Don't Suck" by Greg Opland.

The guide was published in 2011 has been previously available to only the closest friends of the author and best climbers in the West (cough). Now, for this limited time YOU too could have your own SIGNED edition of this fantastic guidebook.

The guide features some of the best climbs in Sedona (by the Author's account) along with a brief introduction, history of Sedona Climbing and general information for vistiting the area. These 136 pages of photos, descriptions, detailed maps and quality topos could all be yours.

Never visited Sedona or got overwhelmed by the amount of routes and lack of good information? This is YOUR CHANCE to get in on the fun and help a good cause at the same time.

All proceeds will benefit the Todd Gordon Family Fundraiser. These guides have been personally donated by Greg Opland aka Steelmonkey and signed by the author. (pssst get over here Greg!)

Addional copies will be available for Silent Auction April 21, 2012 at the Fundraiser in Joshua Tree. Can't make it but want a chance to own one? Online Auction of 1 Copy starts tonight - Minimum bid $25 buyer to pick up in J-Tree or pay shipping.

Online Auction ends February 21, 2012 11:59:59

Auctioneer reserves the right to provide additional copies to qualified bidders

I will claim my prize, who do I send the krugerands to, and how much does Greg/Susan want for shipping?
