A friend of mine's uncle was a colonel who worked on Project Bluebook. He wouldn't tell him anything "and if I did you wouldn't believe me anyway."

edejom,
Wheeeeewwww! Just missed that "infamous" post number. Thanks for taking the hit. Lol.
So fellow science ST lovers, one of our most illustrious modern father figures of science Carl Sagan, admitted to a close personal fellow highly respected scientist that he knew UFOs/Aliens are real, but for said reasons wouldn't admit it publically.
So what do we have to say about that?

Why is every picture of a UFO so different from one another?
It must be like fricken Star Wars out there with every alien driving their own unique ship.
Even if half those pics on Klimmers websites are legit then there are sh#t tons of different types of UFO's flying around Earth.
P.S thanks for the boob shots guys....it keeps this serious thread very serious.

I was going to blow this thread off completely, but as long as Pate has started adding some nice 'mountains of the moon' pics, I might check in once in a while.

picking up on brother's points,
Its also surprising that with all the advances in video technology since the 1960s we still cant get a decent picture! (without killmer's computer rendering of course) Whats up with that? There are also video cameras EVERYWHERE now, yet all the pictures of UFOS are blurry.

Yeah UFO photos seem to add no credibility to the existence of aliens in my opinion.
Also, as someone who uses photo shop and understands it's power, I not at all impressed by any of those photos nor am I certain of their legitimacy.
I actually clicked through about 100 of those photos, and I must say that if they are indeed real then HOLY F-ING SH#TE!!! It's like a Star Trek movie out there!!!

So Klimmer, you taken a look at the rills that some people have claimed are canals, and others have said are a transportation system broken and abandoned? There are several good examples on the same stereo pair that had the Golf ball.
I was thinking about blowing them up and posting them. It would go hard on the tunnel theory. The arching supports look more like curious snow than arcing braces. But the corious question still will remain as to what causes them and why there.
Canals could be close to the answer. Underground water seeping through the soil making a sticky place for water ice? Low spots along ancient river beds providing shade and shelter for the snow from the winds over huge amounts of time?
Rokjox,
The sinuous rill like structures with what looks to be depositional features with ribs at a 90 degree to the run of the rills are very interesting. I can't think of a Earth analog that is exactly the same. We are seeing natural features and formations on Mars that just make us scratch our heads and say "weird." Richard Hoagland goes into it a great deal. I dunno. Really good MRO HiRISE images of said features would be great to look at.
Post them if you got em. They really, really help.
On Mars there is some really weird features for sure in the infamous Cydonia region. Interesting how Google Mars has some of the pyramidal features all hidden by a (purposeful?) scrambled no-resolution image in said area.
Regarding those beautiful woman above . . .

Gen.6:1-4 (KJV)
[1] And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
[2] That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
[3] And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
[4] There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
Now you see why the Angels fell. Woman like that can make Men and Angels fall. I'm telling you gentleman, you got to be careful. Pure Krytonite. Look away, look away! Run away!
Lol.

BB,
I'm going to assume you are really asking and not just poking fun.
So from a Christian's point of View:
Intra-Terrestrials
It is a serious question. For anyone and even Christians the idea we are not alone and that there are Aliens out there that sometimes do not do benevolent things to humans is absolutely frightening, and for good reason.
In the Good Book, Aliens are indeed discussed in Bible code:
Roswell in the Bible Codes
http://www.research-systems.com/codes/roswell.htm
Roswell - Alien Crash code
http://www.bibleprobe.com/roswell.htm
In the Good Book there is a hiearchy as I understand it:
GOD the Father
GOD the Son, Jesus Christ
God the Holy Spirit
"The Trinity"
The Heavenly Hosts:
Holy Angels and other many Wonderful Creatures of GOD
Then you have the Fallen:
Lucifer (Satan)
Fallen Angels (1/3 of the Angels)
Nephilim (Offspring of Fallen Angels and Mankind)
Demons (out of body Nephilim)
From all descriptions of the Aliens, that are not benevolent and do wicked acts to mankind, abductions, experiments, etc. against mans' will must certainly be demons.
Are there truly benevolent Aliens? I'm not sure. The Good Book says Lucifer can appear as an Angel of Light. He is the author of deception. Aliens and UFOs could be a massive last days deception to turn mankind further away from GOD. Jesus talked about this happening in the last days.
The difference is a Christian and someone who knows GOD, there are specific directions in the Good Book to test the spirits to see whether they are of GOD. There is protection, power, and safety against evil for those who know GOD and seek his help. True believers have power over Lucifer and can command him to leave from them, this would include power over those other fallen creatures also. We have power in the name of Jesus Christ.
Test the spirits to See If They Are From God
http://www.layevangelism.com/qreference/spiritual-warfare/spiritual-warfare4.htm
This is all very heavy stuff. Many will dismiss it because they are not believers. But for those who seek GOD and ask GOD for help, GOD protects.
Must see for Christians:

i admit I have been poking some fun throughout this thread, but i must also admit you have very compelling arguments and a plethora of information as backup.
keep up the good work. these are indeed topics i am also trying to reconcile with my faith as well. this thread at least gives some interesting points of view for me to ponder over.

As any good scientist would know, your theory or hypotheses must have predictive power. So what do you predict Klimmer, based on your belief system?
On a side note. If that big rock looking "monolith" on the moon of mars is actually a monolith, Im going to go ahead and call dibs on the FA.
