Ella and I were out in the woods most of the day. On the way home we went by some kind of botanical or zoological garden where everything was neat as a pin and the setting sun cast wonderful shadows. I was taking photos when I got a funny feeling maybe I had climbed into the lions' den. Or maybe a baboon enclosure because a biped started making noises and waving a stick at me. We made it out okay and it was worth it.

If you lose something in a talus field, try getting one of these things to look for it. Every rock checked in a few minutes.

BLUES FOR MOOSIE.

Help me, please, Doctor.I'm damaged.
Today is the day of the plunge.
She plied me with bourbon, so sour.
Pull yer socks up, Moosie!
There's a pain where there once was a fart.

Darlin', I'm sorry to hurt you.

Get Well, Better, Best.
Get you plenty of rest.
When you're tired,
You should...
Start me up!

You make a groan man cry.

Hooblie, I need to find my pics of the Low Boy we used at Prudhoe Bay to move 6000 TON buildings!
It had 96 axles with 4 wheels per axle and was about 100' long. Each axle turned up to 45
degrees and could move up and down about 12" to go over humps in the gravel roads. The
tractor was pretty impressive, too. ;-)
