and the folks all going down the mountain for winter...

seems i just dont have the time for the pictures anymore...

bigger yard and home to care for here, and more book to do...

Was nearly racing the sun back down a trail in Mineral King to avoid headlamping the last few miles, focused on the trail as it grew darker threw the trees, only glancing every now and then to notice the beautiful sunset colors glowing off the trees (fire smoke gave more color to the sunset than usual), looked up running by this tree and it perfectly framed the sun. Perfect time of day, perfect time of year.
