This isn't fair to use peri-menopausal women, it is damn hard to lose weight now. Also, how can anyone lose ten pounds in a month and be healthy about it? I don't think so, starvation doesn't count!!!

I would have been a winner, I'm down 11.5 as of this morning and I haven't starved myself at all. I didn't drink much beer though.
