hey there lennox, say, i liked your 'sandwich' example, too...

(ooops, but then, i am one of the ol' table sitters) :O

say--hey there to anastasia... say, i liked your "search for them" approach, as to working for "finding what suits our needs" on the ol' supertopo...

man oh man, you find all kinds of neat climbing info and trips (even if you aint a climber) AND--you find all kinds of neat stuff about the folks that ARE climbers.....

awwwwwwww, climbers are so full of life, adventure, family love, and buddy loyalty, pet care, and are so full of various insights, and... and... and, well, they are so full of many skills and lessons to share, and... and well... they DO fling a few food fights among said-same buddies, at times... but they seem to know how to clean up, when needs be... ;)

but say, what would an ol' sandwich-type climber's forum be, without it----hmmmm, i reckon it is an "adrenilin' type thing, for the times when the climbs and adventures are done for the day... yeah, i never yet SEEN a place like chris mac's but you know:

i'd reccomend it to climbers everywhere....

;)

"most users don't want improvements"

Seems to me that the most vocal opponents of improvements are usually the least relevant.

yes, there really in no moderation here... unless we get a ton of emails that something is totally out of line.

The best defense against crappy forum posts is a good offense.

First: Ignore the crappy stuff (definitely dont respond to it!!) In general, the folks posting crap only continue because they are getting attention

Second: post/respond to a thread that is cool, funny, interesting, informative and watch the lame stuff drift away into obscurity...
