Yo Anders, I may be down for some croquet (and a gin/tonic or two. Bombay Saphire or Tanqueray?).

MisterE, in my case the proper nomeclature is "conservative" or "right-winger". Leave Fatty (the neocon) out of this.

Went to Office Depot and saw this posted on our front door when I got back.....uh, a gentle reminder from the staff (Daughter Amy) that Face Lift has left me less than focused lately. Like you guys say, Bwhahahahah ! (She was kidding...I think)

I thought the bird watchers could catch some flamingoes, and we could use them for croquet mallets. It worked for Alice in Wonderland.

Hey Nature-san,

Last year I broke out my bigazz propane tank when you ran low on the rice cooker - do you need me to bring that tank back this year?

I've got a 70 pounder, a 40 and a couple of 20 pounders - let me know so I can fill them before we roll into Graniteville.

Lynne - How's this for a Packing Plan...
Your cut off time is Sunday night at 7pm. Until then, pack whatever you want. After that time, if you want to add an item, you must remove an item already in the pack pile.

Thanks Happi, Great plan....will do. Say, I was thinking about you today. You are coming cross country. I'd like to help if I can. Do you need a tent ? I was loaned two and you could use the extra one. I used it at Tuolumne Meadows just a couple weeks ago and it doesn't take up that much space...I could throw it in...? Anything else I could help you with...PLEASE let me know....Can't wait to meet...Lynnie

nope, not lately. if the griddle isn't too much room bring it though. We're making breakfast every morning regardless of if the pancake man is around.

I usually just have coffee followed by beer for breakfast when I'm camping...but that's just me.

Ken - I printed out the schedule and will post a couple of copies at Yellowpines for the rabble.

WOOHOO - I also have a dozen bottles of magic soap bubbles left over from a kiddies fishing derby I hosted over Labor Day - we can eat sushi, play bocce ball and blow bubbles like Japanese-Italian hippies!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also - note for Nature - I will bring my 40 pound propane tank down from my cabin for backup for your stoves plus two Coleman lanterns.

Anything else?

Edit - I'll also give a go at tossing some fire logs on my roof rack - got a bunch of pine and cedar that I can part with if it will fit on the Jeep.
