Actually, L, I just completed a bunch of work on mine, and it is
50% bigger than when the pictures were taken.
It's extra hard now, too...

I'm sorry, but I'm also photographically challenged. It will be
fully documented in the near future, and I'll poach some of the
pics and put them here.
It's off-width, which limits the interest somewhat.
Edit: I mean, it's WIDE, too..

L - I was down in the redwoods on scuffy's machine before the third panel was placed... already full into fantasy! wished I coulda made it on Monday, but I had climbed with Gary at PGS on Sunday and am still nursing wounds form Wed... as Steve mentioned, bruises on bruises.
We'll get photographic documentation soon... and best, at the time we're pulling on it... oh yeah, pulling on wood... what else do guys do?

I made a wall a few years ago for Laura for her birthday. It was suppose to be just a traverse but I added a ceiling...
and a bouldering area...
Laura decided the traverse without the ceiling was more useful. This is the current version.
It's 28 feet long. Laura climbs laps on it every day in lieu of lifting weights. The wall makes the basement seem like a cave and it is very relaxing to hang out down there.

It's the homey touches like, water heaters, dog doors, and birds that truly sign a home woodie. Nice work!
I think I'm two iterations behind on the wall of Scuff, but even back then it was the stuff of dreams.
If any of the BAWT are headed down on the 31st, I'd be into helping make a ride share work.

SWeet personal space. I miss my Garage not that I was ever that advanced but you know, it was my space. I aspire to your advancement. I now pay more than my mortgage to live in a closet in Berkeley (sssoooooooo done when I get that MA)

BRB--Totally awesome space! What a work of art. And the pooches are friggin' adorable.
And Geno, talk about love!
Building a cave like that for your parrot Laura. It just brings tears to my eyes, that's so sweet! (I, too, have heard that parrots should NOT lift weights...it's bad for their little backs.)
heh-heh-heh...

Thanks L.
Was a lot of work but totally worth it. Had to make it so my wife could still park in the garage or she would have killed me :)

I found these snapshots. My buddy Taylor is a damn good carpenter and he framed it out one afternoon.
Here are details. The bird beak notch backed off 3/4 inch from the edge of the base board is key.

Geno,
Is Ollie a yellow-headed Amazon? She's beautiful...and looks right at home in that killer gym.
BTW...we're still waiting for Scuffy to post up.
