TGT, that vid would be much funnier is at about 1:11 the dud had said : PREGNANT AGAIN!!! HOW THE HELL DOES THAT KEEP HAPPENIN'....LOL.
Check out George Friedmans riff (founder of Stratfor) on the Iraq war BTW. Turns out that the game we play as a country is much much deeper than most here imagine.

The guy is a nut.
1) wants gays killed
2) believes in God
3) wants to depart illegals.....how ironic
This guy is dangerous
Thankfully, he has no chance.

Yep, Jody, he has an excellent shot of being the nominee.
But after that the road to the presidency becomes much more challenging for the Senator.

His actions seem to match his words. As evidenced in the cnbc moderator/candidate debate, his mind is organized, focused, and the sharpest in the field.
I have yet to get past the fact that he is a lawyer and his wife worked for Goldman Sachs. Still, if he's nominated he would be vastly more preferable than the lying geriatric bags of wind representing the dems.

I must admit I have a grudging admiration for him. He clerked for the Supreme Court and was an outstanding debater at Princeton, and this comes through in the ongoing Republican debates. Not sure I could vote for him, though.

A guy with an audiographic memory and according to Dershowitz "the smartest student he ever had in a class" versus a semi senile hack would be painful to watch though.

At this point in time, I'm not sure who I'll vote for...as long as their last names aren't either Bush or Clinton. Very cool that Jody and his son did get to meet Cruz; one of my important memories as a (very much) younger man was meeting and shaking hands with John F. Kennedy while still a senator campaigning for the nomination. Yeah, I cast my first-ever vote for him. I was stationed in Germany when he was assassinated.

no, you just don't answer any question. I suppose you support Kevin Swanson.

Damn, that's quite the statement that Swanson made:
"EARLIER this month, in Des Moines, the prominent home-schooling advocate and pastor Kevin Swanson again called for the punishment of homosexuality by death. To be clear, he added that the time for eliminating America’s gay population was “not yet” at hand. We must wait for the nation to embrace the one true religion, he suggested, and gay people must be allowed to repent and convert."
He made that statement at a conference where several other conservative candidates were scheduled to speak- the piece doesn't seem to state that Cruz specifically endorsed that view (not that I could infer, anyway), so there seems to be a guilt-by-association thing going on there. Of course, Cruz's past statements on LBGT's in America keep him in closer proximity to Swanson's view, no doubt.

Why would you bring you kid to a political event? Seems like you are trying to influence and indoctrinate him before he can make his own critical decisions. He will likely rebel and become a green party leader!

Uh, to test his self-control and boredom tolerance? He looks old enough for
some decisions and it is highly debatable that voting is a critical one.
150 years ago he could well have been a naval midshipman preparing to go
into battle or even in command of a sloop.
