What's all this about? We have lots of class. It may not be high class, but it's still class.
I find it significant that people like Donini, Bob D'A and Warbler -- still climbing hard after all these years -- also still frequent this forum. Now if I could only get them to agree with me!
OK. I get tired of the ad hominem attacks that inhabit so many threads. And I give Avery credit for attacking what he doesn't like without attacking specific people. That often takes rather a great deal of self-discipline to make clear that it's behavior, not people, to which we object.
That said, it doesn't take me very long to skip the noise and read the signals. Besides, sometimes, the noise has an entertainment value of its own.

OMG, it is a public forum, with lots of people posting. Some post useful stuff, some post garbage. Interpretation of what is useful and what is garbage is very subjective, and again, this is a PUBLIC forum. SOOOOO to make it better, bump things that are useful to you, don't open threads that you find useless and offensive. It is quite simple. YOU ARE NOT MAKING THE FORUM BETTER BY STARTING ANOTHER WHINING THREAD THAT INVOLVES NO FKING CLIMBING MATERIAL!!!!!
