My posts got some dismissive remarks, that I ignored. First, one's most powerful response is often that of ignoring. Second, if I have a difficulty with someone, it makes no sense to get emotional and put them in charge of controlling me. Better simply to get a grip. We do that while climbing. Why not here?
That same thought has been running through my mind for quite some time, jstan. I always thought that climbers who can control their fear should be able to control their irritation over an unwelcome remark on the internet.
