Whoa...I'm number 11 on the list! Only my current stats show I have 5248 posts...
No wonder I made so many enemies here, lol

This is dumb. First of all - the topic was already posted by somebody else, and secondly: locker, Jaybro and RA are all great contributors to the forum.
So, you assume this list only means 'bad posts'? If you dig Jay, Locker, and RA, why not celebrate their premium status? They get a lot of posts and you get to moisten yourself over them, right?
What's the problem?

Update! One month later.....
locker 41582
Four hundred and seventy four additions.
Ron A 27318
One thousand and twelve additions!
I've actually enjoyed the forum a bit more lately. Some great topics on the front page at the moment. Yes, I know this is not one of them :-)

"Ron A 27318
One thousand and twelve additions!"
And every one of them shockingly stoooopid!
Anyone who finds themselves in the same camp should be very, very proud.
Live the dream!

For Ron's true number of posts, add Ron's and Apogee's together.
Are you saying that Ron created Apogee, or vice versa? They are both becoming classic to me, and inseparable. Batman and the Joker, Tarzan and itchy, burning jungle rash.
If Apogee exists only in Ron's mind, then get Ron that professional help quick.
I do have to say Apogee is very consistent. Why??
I am new here, someone please explain.

Edit:
Are you sure you have the copyrights to a picture like that? As you know, those kinds of infringements get people axed around here...

'John Jacobs'
So, what exactly is your point, Ron? Besides demonstrating to the ST community that you have been doing some actual internet stalking?
And leaving a clear path of evidence along the way? You really should be more careful than that.
Coz, I'm pretty damn sure we've never met, though ironically I've had more than a few people comment that we seem to have similar appearances. Thanks for the writing kudos...my spelling and grammar are pretty good....I just wish I had something to say...

There also hose who have posted under more than one avatar. I'm not talking about the trolley throw always, but those that posted under one name for a while then had to change. On a a smallish scale Cosgrove and Lynne have had to this. But there's at least one over 18,000 poster in this category.

If trip reports are your primary metric, then I believe that you would be missing out. Tarbuster only has 4 trip reports, but I always look forward to when he participates. I don't believe Ouch had any trip reports, but he was one of the funniest contributors to this forum. Plenty of other people like that. Jello only has 3 trip reports. To me the primary thing is can you bring positive energy to the forum. Share some stoke about climbing, living, the outdoors, building, dogs, surfing, cooking.. whatever.. with the primary emphasis on climbing and how all of that plays together. Maybe even bigger is experience. Have you lived large? Then please, come and share your experience. Susan beat cancer. That is tremendous. She is living large to me.

If you want to get right down to best signal:noise ratio among "regular" posters I have a few nominees, in no particular order:
Luke "cultureshock"
Vitaly
Alexey
McDevitt
Clint
To me the primary thing is can you bring positive energy to the forum
For me, the primary thing is bringing INTERESTING things. I don't care if you're a world class a-hole if you bring interesting things to the table.
I don't trust relentlessly positive people. Figure they are either mildly retarded, on prescription drugs, or in a religious cult.

What the hell Ron?!! You just outed me. Why are you letting everyone know what I look like and what avatar I use? There you go again. Now posters will know who I am and I can't talk sh#t and say stuff I would not say to someones face otherwise... Great, thanks. ;)

El Cap, you're being too modest. Not only are your trip reports first rate, but your "OT" comments also add greatly to my enjoyment of this forum -- even if I usually argue against them.
Thus, I would add you to the list of those with an exceptionally high s/n ratio, not to mention DMT, Ed Hartouni, Micronut, Peter Haan, Jstan, Guido, Pellucid Wombat, Mark Hudon, and many others I'm overlooking due to my current distracted state.

As far as signal/noise goes...
I'm always surprised when I accidentally click on one of the politics/religion/climate threads and see who actually posts on them.

I would add the trip reports of Karl Baba.
I should have added Karl's posts generally; not just trip reports but comments on route information generally. His posts attracted me to this site in the first place, so you can blame him for my presence!

If Jaybro was referring to me, my post count went with me when Jello dubbed me.
But I will likely fall out of the top ten soon as I spend far less time here.
It seems that the ugliness is incessant, and as I said in my five figures on the taco thread (which Clint should have listed) this place is a monumental waste of time.
The taco is becoming passe.
I've been getting out more, and last tuesday shot a 3/4" group with a .308 @ 100 yds.
I'm not climbing hard any more, but doesn't mean I can't still improve in one athletic pursuit.
