Bad monkey! Don't let bad monkeys into your life.

Life is so f*#king kick ass, I'm floored by how great it can be.

I hope all of you feel this way at least now and again, it's totally worth it.

Best Wishes to all of you realizing your resolutions!

I really liked EKat's resolution:

Jan 1, 2014 - 07:54am PT
This year I will endeavor to continue refusing to take the monkey when somebody tries to give me the one off their back.

STEP AWAY FROM THE MONKEY!

DON'T TAKE THE MONKEY!

LEAVE IT RIGHT WHERE IT IS!

It was a little shot of deja vu to see Roxjok's resolution from long ago:

Dec 31, 2011 - 05:39pm PT
Piss off at least one Kali a week, preferably by telling them the truth their feeble leftist minds can't accept.

I accept that he needed to leave ST, but here's one for Roxjox:

Happy New Year everyone!

Continuing to surround myself with adventure loving friends and partners, near, across the states or across the oceans whose "get up and go" never "got up and went". So young and old, we're making grand new memories to add to an overflowing treasure chest of life.
As the stencil on the threshold to my living room says

And the usual metrics...
MORE....riding, hiking, climbing, skiing, sailing, packing, traveling and on and on and on
LESS...eating unhealthy things (unless it's a celebration), time on ST...love you all, but time on ST means time away from what I really love doing.

Happy New Year...and mainly...for everyone to stay healthy this upcoming year...

Why don't you do yourself a favor and just leave for good.

Getting banned multiple times = you're a sociopath

How about taking a year off of internet forums to figure out why you are such a dick?

No way random guy, Burch is a good dude.

I don't get why he's misunderstood, but apparently you do.

Happy new year, Burch!

I'm in good company here!

Anyway, I'm going get back to eating more custom granola, fruits, and veggies, and far less meat. Those holidays are a killer! Oh, and try to contribute to the climbing content on ST.

johnnyrig already stated mine -- writing "2014" rather than "2013." Other than that, there is no resolution for a new year that one cannot make -- and act on -- at any other time. The past is past, but we can change the future starting in the present.

Woody Guthrie's resolution list from 1942......

“Stay glad. Keep hoping machine running. Love everybody. Make up your mind.”

Here is the resolution list of Woody's and some others famous folks.
