What ain't right, bluering, is that this information doesn't fit your narrative. Therefore, it's wrong.

It's not complicated....you could understand it, if your mind wasn't so straightjacketed with the GOP's messaging.

Every state pays a certain amount of tax dollars to the Feds. Every state receives a certain amount of Federal services & funds. Some states pay more than they receive. Even ol' economically strapped Cali pays the Fed...and in return, gets less than that in Federal funds/services. Get it?
