half dome direct, best chimney pitch in the world? FACT: Best one I've ever been in. I was really worried about that pitch when I started up it in 78, but by the time I got to the top of it I felt like I'd been in church.

i believe this was taken at the time of year when horsetail falls gets all lit up and looks like the firefall (feb.???)
