Aw, sh#t. I just bumped Yo and yo's TR. And platinum was there too. And phylp. All these folks I think I'd like to see, but never do and those that I do see but am always happy to see. I'm extra sorry to have missed.

:-( It would have been nice to see y'all. Regrets. It'll probably rain next weekend too. In any case, I'm not going anywhere. Who's in?

Thanks for accomodating me guys ! Had a great time on the OW's, need to practice left side in some more at PGSV.

Taking the train (actually three -- VTA, Caltrain, and BART) from San Jose was a fun urban adventure on a dreary drizzly day too.

Melissa, I actually didn't climb - but I was in the neighborhood and just showed up for a few minutes to say hello. It was great to meet Jaybro, Ed, Murcy and Scuffy in four dimensions. They all had very nice auras!

Melissa, I want to connect with you by phone - I'll send you an email to arrange. I'm nursing a torn labrum and supraspinatus, and was scheduled for surgery, but postponed it. I want to talk to you about your labrum tear - I've heard different things about them.

The shoulder seems to be improving slowly with lots of rehab - I'm climbing a little to test the waters. Would love to connect next weekend or another time soon.

xo Phyl

PS edited to say that while not climbing, Daphne and I had a great time at the Legion of Honor looking at art. Hopefully her finger will be OK enough to allow her to climb again SOON.

Good resource all things ball and socket over here;

I love some of the spectator "stances" in the background, I can almost telepathically hear "what is that fool doing with tape on"
