I don't get it.
The most likely explanation is that LEB is on the Autism spectrum. She/he/it literally doesn't get how normal people interact socially.

The Story of O was written by a man (most likely). As wank literature it's got some things to commend it, but I would hesitate to use it as a blueprint to explain anyone's psychology.
I know the whole Story of O thing is tangential to this discussion, but still...
Some forums have a "Plonk" feature. This lets any user choose not to be exposed to posts from other uses of their choosing. This has the advantage of not hiding threads and allowing you to literally not see any posts from the person plonked. It's a good technical fix, and sounds a little different from what was posted earlier about the script to block threads.

Crimper or Beth have to bring their cattiness to another level. Try taking her on girls use your brains. as one of the girls-what on earth would I take her on about and why would I bother? She types about 400 wpm -which seems to be her major skill, other than persistence, and a lack of understanding social norms. If I wanted to spend my time arguing I'd go to alt.politics.wanking.on.and.on.endlessly

What a crock Coz. Why should a long standing member and legitimate climber like Crimpergirl adjust herself to engage a droll troll like Lois! Why wouldn't it be more appropriate for LEB to adjust herself to the larger community of climbers here?

Why does there have to be any adjustment at all, no one is forced to click on a thread or participate in one.

Yeah, till she/he/it posts up in another thread. Mad props for being a very highly skilled troll, but LEB just needs to go. The tacostand has always being a fester pile, but LEB has put it over the edge. I find myself avoiding the place just because of LEB's prolific and constant drivel that shows up in otherwise tolerable and interesting threads.

I find it so easy to scroll on by, like I do several other posters. No biggie, rather easy actually. Then, if I feel like imbibing in some ad nauseum blather, I can read one of her posts.
