Ron Gomez: Is that picture of Yabo at the '81 or '82 Santee comp? If so, I think I see my VW bus in the background.

Mighty,
Yes. Those are Julie's shoes. I've one of them both but I like that one better. Actually, I like this shot better. I just cropped it for the 'dirtbag look' in the previous post.

Snell's Field in Chamonix was the dirtiest dirtbagging ever!

I have said it before, but in the trees around Snell's, you could tell what month it was by the ever decreasing distance between turds. We were Jolly Green Giants for 500 bucks for the whole summer. Occasionally we would even eat solid food, but all we knew how to buy was bread and butter.

These photographs are superb! Gotta love Krusteaz pancake mix with crisco.

Also, does anyone from the East coast have any old school Uberfall shots? I haven't been able to figure out what it actually looked like back in the day when people descended that way & conglomerated.

Here's one of my dad in the 70s, with holes in pants that mark the classic chimney climber-

You know Oakley, I think Camerons Burns ST profile photo pretty much sums it up for a livid description of a True Dirtbag.

Not a 60's shot, but classic dirtbaggery nonetheless!

Ahhh, here's one from the 70's!

Three skinny dirtbags, unracking after my first three months of dirtbagging in Yosemite.
