Here's hoping for warm, sunny weather at IC at the end of September. If knott, things could get ugly. Hide your sheep people. Of course, if it snows and he is wearing that thong; well, the shrinkage factor may mitigate the siuation.

Come one, come all if IC is an important climbing area for you. The BLM was super impressed with our efforts last year and ewe want to BLOW them away this year. Nature's Sushi Fest plus other fun and games to be announced later. We will do one day of work projects. Stewardship is the most important thing that climbers can do to protect the places where they play.
How about some details Jim.
Prod, prodding.

nature-
you are like a sushifest energizer bunny, you just keep going and going...
have fun kids, last time we came out for this was the 2007 TG event, and i think the gods were unhappy we'd come straight from surfing in costa rica, so naturally is snowed huge.
this year, as a direct result of that traumatic memory, i am OUT!
... or it might possibly be 'cause our lil girl is supposedly showing up just about that same day, one or the other.

I'm in times two. Me and Pat Orris. Paypal sent. I want to do the BLM project that Jim is organizing, but will also help clean up and whatever else is needed. Pat makes some mean French toast as well. I'll match Jim's pledge of a bottle of EXCELLENT tequilla. See ya all there.

If you want, when you get some spicifics written up, I'll post them to other forums and put something up on the bullitin boards in the local climbing shops.

donini: The BLM was super impressed with our efforts last year and ewe want to BLOW them away this year. Metaphorically speaking, one hopes. With the libertarian gun nuts around here, can't be too sure.
And I hope the "ewe" was a mere Freudian slip, having nothing to do with inflatable sheep, or dear Gertrude.
