Bluering, your armchair warrior b.s. is grating to say the least.
seriously dude, why don't you sign up to kill some hajis? I don't think you're a bad guy, but some one who believes as fervently as you do about
America's jihad against those filthy camel jockeys needs to be over there touting a gun, kickin in doors, and protecting the good old u.s. from those cave dwelling, ass backwards, u.s.s.r. collapsing muslims. rah rah patriotism makes me ill. The u.s. is seriously FUBARed unless something changes.

Hmm, where do I start?
So If I "sign up" and kill ragheads, you'd have more respect for me? Also, America's "jihad" against hajis?? Do you really think that we just wanna kill muzzies? Are you that stupid, or are you just using Rachel Maddow disingenuousness? That snide sarcasm that gets a lot of laughs and accomplishes nothing?
How would YOU deal with rat f*#ktards who want to kill you and change the world into an Islamic caliphate? Just sit back and do some routes and wait till the caliphate comes calling?
Fortunately, the military doesn't need people like me yet. We are well stocked. If the sh#t hits the fan though, I'll be there. I stand at home doing the work that sustains our country while my brothers fight. That's the way it works.
Some fight, some maintain the homestead and SUPPORT those in harms way.
F*#ktard!!!! Quit trying to be nice and then insulting too, it's f*#king really weak. Either make a point and insult me, or discuss things rationally.
The u.s. is seriously FUBARed unless something changes.
What do you propose, genius????

you talk the talk..walk the walk. gung ho bullsh#t. you do what now? you keep the country running? what the hell does that mean? "if they need me, i'll go, but they're well stocked now." that sounds pretty lame coming from someone who's so pro war.
p.s. pick a rifle up buddy. until then, you're spouting total bullsh#t. you're a wanna be crusader...so go out and f*#king crusade, knight templar.

So let me get this right, I can't be totally supporting our Marines kicking Taliban ass unless I'm there??
You want me to go there to be worthy of supporting Marines in combat you f*#king pinko rat???
Unless I take a bullet flying by my face, I have no right to support airstrikes on Taliban cowards who hide by women and children??
Sh#t those cowards even dress like women to get their 'rocks' off.
Your logic is flawed.

I suggest that you two have it out with a rousing round of paintball. I can assure you that real bullets wizing over one's have an interesting way of changing perspective. A real patriot will be there when it counts but will use every means available to settle conflict peacefully. Granted, that isn't always possible, but I find it especially galling when chickenhawks (Cheney, Bush et al) send thousands of their countrymen to their deaths for no good reason. Iraq had a net negative effect on our national security. Afghanistan wouldn't be the festering sore that it is if we had kept our eye on the ball after 9/11.

you're argument is flawed. you're not over there, you're not getting shot at, and you sure as sh#t don't know the whole story. return to your armchair, chickenhawk, and soldier on in front of the flatscreen. I'd rather be a pinko rat than a wanna be warrior. Your brothers? i highly doubt the marines would refer to you as a brother. you have to actually serve before they would give you that honor.

hmmm perhaps. a chicken dove. now donini, there's someone who knows what's up. iraq was bullsh#t. afghanistan could have been resolved if greed hadn't prompted that waste of human lives.
chaz, were you in either the peace corps or the armed forces?

Nope.
Neither.
What opinions does that entitle me to have?
Which opinions are off-limits for a civilian?
I do know the difference between the sound a bullet makes when it whizzes past your ear and the sound a paintball makes.

Really??
Do you think combat Marines would frown on my statements? I have heard from some. Have you?
You are the problem, pinko. Despite your feeling regarding our mission righteousness, support your brothers in comat!!!
I just love how you pussies like to make me look like a pussy for not 'enlisting'. It gets tiring.
On a side note have you looked at current ROE???

C'mon guys stop the name calling. Grow up.
I agree with Donini, until you have served during war time then you really do not know what you will do and act like. You can only speculate. Whizzing bullets by your head has a RADICAL way of changing your perspective, and usually for the better.
I served, but during peacetime. I have no idea really how aweful it would be. I can only imagine in my worst nightmares. However, I carried many a casket in Arlington Cemetary for 2 years in the US Army Honor Guard. Many were old soldiers, and had lived out there life in peace after the war, but many were Vietnam vets who died too young after the war ended for many different wrong reasons.
I have a neighbor who is now in his 80s? up in Bishop near our home. I go over and talk to him everytime we get up there to climb, ski, and recreate. He was piloting a boat to carry troops to shore on Iwo Jima. He is a peace loving Democrat Old Guard now. He saw so much bad stuff that is unimaginable. His tears well up when he thinks and talks about it. But at his age now he wants to talk about it, and I listen intently. It is clear as just yesterday in his memory. War changes you in a massive way. You never want to see it again, at least for most stable people who experience it. War is a folly, a racket, wastes lives, destroys nations, and makes a few rich. It should only be the last possible resort, and then only when all other means are totally exhausted. And then only for our true defense or to come to the aid of our allies. We should never go to War for resources or greed or War-profiteering. Period.
He also knows that 9-11 is an inside job. He knows what evil we are capable of.
Edit:
I wont give his name, but he served with "Hoss" on "Bonanza" and was his close friend. My friend served in WW2, Dan Blocker (Hoss) served in Korea. They were friends from childhood. After the War he was Hoss's personal agent/assisstant in the film industry. Hoss, died way too young. My friend has great stories to tell. I sure would like to see him relate them into a tape-recorder before he passes on one day for his surviving family and friends like me.

One of the instructors for the weapons training school I work for part time (Tactical Firearms Training Team/Direct Action Group) was the area supervisor in Baghdad for Blackwater. He was in the square during the incident. According to him the terrorists were using their usual tactic of civilian human shields when they opened fire on the BW convoy. Take it for what it is worth but this is at least anecdotal testimony from someone who was actually there. He also said that the company was overrun with what he called "pirates, drug addicts and weirdos" which they took extensive measures to rectify. Not saying that the OP is completely off base, just that not all BW contractors are blood drinking vampires.

What does 9-11, the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Anti-War movement/PEACE movement, 9-11 truth, those against Obama escalating the war all have in common? This video demonstrates it really well. These things are all strongly linked and strongly influence one another. These are my kind of people.
Heros do not have to sling guns, or kill. It takes guts to stand-up and fight for what is right and call-out those things that are wrong in America and the World.
These people are my kinda heros.
