yet another thoughtless thread...

I guy who is noted, as reported by your own link "Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, said military officials told her Hasan was "pretty upset" about his scheduled deployment to Iraq on Nov. 28."....

yes, this man may have made (what some may consider) terrorist statements... which has me asking.. then how could it be that the Army could promote him (again, from the initial post)
http://www.armytimes.com/news/2009/04/army_officer_list_042009w/

Look for Hasan.. the US Army thought he was good to go.. who do we talk to about that?

I notice no mention of the fact that your blog entry does not mention how many previous tours this guy had compelted? I'm pretty sure none of us posting here have a great amount of experience of "Active War" and the life of an enlisted person.. in this day and age, or over the last 8 years... I can imagine that being told that you were to report back to the battelfield would come as a shock (to me at least)

Not sure if you meant this blue.. but you put a link to a white seperatist website.... I can't imagine why you might be going there for your "real information"....
That black seperatist link.. that has nothing to do with anything.. but.. that's just my opinion, right? I guess you were trying to show that slowly over time America is being infiltrated by the enemy.. but linking here does nothing to solve, or expose the problem to light of day.

So many links to the "Well reasoned discourse" page..... but it's still just a bunch of loons posting a blog becuase the generator still has an once of gas left...

That link you post of the (2 wounded as gunmen attack L.A. synagogue) seems to show that white folks can kill just as easily as the terrorists... not sure what that was there for..... chalk it up as my ineptitude! I'm sure that's it....

With the link that starts "Infidelsunite".. again... why are you getting your understanding of the world through peoples personal blogs.... again.. I'm the loon here, not you...

The NYTimes link... again.. just because a single nut posts something on their own website does not make them a terrorist.... Or should I think that all those White Supremisist site you go to are.. well.. they terrorize me.. and that's enough....

At this time, I cannot contiue to show how bad this thread is..

but then again... we are talking about blues views.. you are entitled to think "they are all around you.. its just a matter of time before they get you"....

I'd try visiting a few other less close minded personal blog sites fo ral your news.. or just listen to your friend and leader Rush Drugbaugh, Savage or any of the others...

good luck stormin' the castle!

It's been known for some time that psychiatrists have the highest suicide rate among professionals (after that it is apparently dentists). If this guy flipped (which he did apparently, for whatever reasons) it is a crying shame he decided to take others with him (had he died, which he may well have expected to). I have no idea what his motives were, but I can only speculate that there were several factors involved why he did this crazy act. Was religion one of them? I don't know. Perhaps if he lives he can reveal what drove him to do this insane act.

Paranoia strikes deep, into your life it will creep...

Apogee, STFU!!! You already said that!

Yeah, Mason, I'm in. Much better if you chimed in with your other handle though. At least I'd get less racist crap out of people.

I gotta problem with the aspects of the public presentation of this event.

Most press photos of the shooter are cropped from a DOF photo that shows him in fatigues and with his bars of ranks shown. Most pics just show his mug. Guess the press doesn’t want anyone to think that he was a real US soldier.

Since when have the cops who took bad guys down been identified to the press and cast as national heroes? Thank God for the lady that shot him, especially since she was shot and wounded by him. But I sense a certain Jessica Lynch flavor to her new found celebrity.

I guess I'm getting cynical in my dotage.

Good Question...
Nov 6, 2009 - 08:52pm PT
Terrorism isn't about "...religious fanaticism..."
Its about fanaticism.
It certainly is found in religion but not only there...

Silver sounds like he/she/it is close to one to me.

Fatty I got to say I thought you were a smart guy but your words are just plain lame. I don't think your basic need for attention is being met...

Blue, I know you are trying, but you lump too many in your boat of fear and hate.
Unfortunately so many innocents suffer because of your mind set-on all sides of this. The same thing comes from "those guys" mouths as well.

People that think they are better, know more, or always have THE answer are the problem causers (is that a word?).

Cheers,

there isw only one Real terrorist group, the Tamil Tigers.

They started the whole thing back in the 70's when the frickin Sinalese in Colombo drove out the Tamil people based simply on their race.

With no money, no food, no nothing, they set up camp in the jungles of north sri lanka.

for decades they have been holding their own against a far superior military ,

they invented the suicide bomber as a way to gain leverage over the sinalese. not because they were bad people, but because it was their only way to fight back and avoid extinction.

it was only recently that Pravakaan and his army were finally put down.

he was trying to sneak out in an ambulance but was caught and murdered.

this recent wall street inside trader guy was donating a lot of money, i believe he is Tamil.

what does that have to do with anything? i really do not know. pass the purple diesel, will ya? it's friday and i wanna get Baked!

nobody knows of the poor Tamil people. not even Obama said a word. people think all the suffereing is in Africa, well, there are about 250,000 people who are stuck without a country in a refugee camp, now the brits have pulled financing, so things are looking like crap for the sri lanka Tamils.

"The Tigers, who during the height of their power possessed a well-developed militia, were notorious for recruiting child soldiers, for carrying out civilian massacres, suicide bombings and various other high profile attacks, including the assassinations of several high-ranking Sri Lankan and Indian politicians like Sri Lankan President Ranasinghe Premadasa in 1993, and former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in 1991.[11] They invented the suicide belt and pioneered the use of suicide bombing as a tactic.[12][13] They also pioneered the use of women in suicide attacks,[14] and used light aircraft in some of their attacks.[15] They are currently proscribed as a terrorist organization by 32 countries (see list of countries), but have extensive support amongst the Tamil diaspora in Europe and North America, and amongst Tamils in India.[16][17] Since its inception, and until his death, the LTTE was headed by its founder, Velupillai Prabhakaran."

Reports coming in now of how the terrorist Major Hasan
had been actually arguing
with his 'post tramatic stressed patients
at Walter Reed Army hospital,
telling them they should not be fighting Muslims.

Why wasn't he kicked out of the service?

this is the Man. #1 Freedom Fighter of all time.

25 years in the jungle without getting caught.

ben laden wasn't a terrorist, he was a punk. he only did one attack.

this guy here, when he was 21, he walked right up to the mayor of Jeffna, who was a real dick to the Tamil's, and shot him point blank in the face. no terroism here, just in your face attack.

plus, the dude kept a 12 foot bengal tiger on a leash with him at all times, how bad is that George Thorogood?

The US military intentionally strikes civilian targets??? This guy is a f*#king liar and propagandist!!! This is what drives weak-minded people to do crazy things.

People like this rat should be locked up or 'quietly' removed from society. I'm so sick of this venom....

Oh, anti-Muslim backlash????

Since the terrorists claim the right of
SJS -Sudden Jihad Syndrome-
ie sneak attack after pretending to one of us.
A friend. An associate. Next door neighbor.

Our task is to identify them without creating
more SJS in the process.

I just read this whole thread... Bluering is a complete fool. He claims to repect Muslums especiallt the fundamentalist muslums, cuase the live bt their beliefs. WTF areen't the fundamentalist muslums the people who are planning attacks and brainwashing the the younger generation to be radicalized. To paraphrase use your words blue, "your mental thinking is wrong", your thought are porely organized, contradictory, and infantile. Your like a little baby whose afraid of the dark. Terrorism is the possibly the least popular way to die. Worry about something that you can do something about and stop these prejudiced threads. Just sayin' Don
