On now - hes reading a script, so far nothing at all new
It's already over....about 3 minutes worth of nothing, but at least he didn't use the words "fake news," or talk about his election win.

Roger, even if EVERYTHING in the EO was to the "T", you know as well as I do that he still would have been sued and the 9th circuit would have ruled the same.

The Trump administration is considering a proposal to mobilize as many as 100,000 National Guard troops to round up unauthorized immigrants, including millions living nowhere near the Mexico border, according to a draft memo obtained by The Associated Press.
The 11-page document calls for the unprecedented militarization of immigration enforcement as far north as Portland, Oregon, and as far east as New Orleans, Louisiana.
Four states that border on Mexico are included in the proposal — California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas — but it also encompasses seven states contiguous to those four — Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
White House spokesman Sean Spicer said the AP report was "100 percent not true" and "irresponsible." ''There is no effort at all to utilize the National Guard to round up unauthorized immigrants," he said.
I am still reading the thing, but am hoping it is part of the thwarted EO and no longer being actively instituted, as this part of the story indicates:
The memo is addressed to the then-acting heads of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. It would serve as guidance to implement the wide-ranging executive order on immigration and border security that President Donald Trump signed Jan. 25. Such memos are routinely issued to supplement executive orders.
Edit: So, may be still on the plate, or may be (at least temporarily) off the plate, though Trump says he is working on another EO). If off, they will insist this is just "fake news." More aptly, it could be called "old news, no longer relevant," but "fake' - uhhhh...probably not.
BE SAFE, JUST I CASE. Remember JStan's suggestion of having your birth certificate/passport in order? This is exactly why.
Is it not true that, under Patriot Act, one must be able to provide identity documents upon request to authorized agents?
If so....remember that in times of uncertainty, mistakes CAN happen. Historically, sometimes those mistakes happen intentionally. I am NOT saying that is what is going on now, but well. The story is troubling, to say the least.

I watched the whole conference from yesterday.
I frankly don't see where all the hysteria is from. It certainly wasn't as bad as some of Bush Jr.'s failed attempts at reading teleprompters.
I don't agree with the stupid wall or the obvious pivot of the MIC to Iran, but he didn't seem unhinged.
And the man is right that you can't believe a single thing the MSM prints or says anymore.

Huh? Why would you believe this? Where do you get your "news"? Don't tell me talk radio, please.
It's tough, too tough really for most people with busy lives to sort through all of the lies and garbage. I go directly to CNN to spot the known lies and try to dig my way up.
Even most alternative sites have been corrupted to a large degree.
The key, as with the Donald conference, is to listen to it, in its entirety with no edits, by yourself. It's not hard, just takes time.
Radio is just as bad since they tend to parrot the propaganda from one of the false "sides".
