Let me tell you a story. Pull up a chair.
I was the victim of an assault and put in the hospital for a long time. Getting better took even longer. It was pure hell. I'm telling you first hand it was pure hell. I had to learn how to use my hands again. I had to learn how to eat again. How to walk again.
I've even written about my experiences here on these pages. Because of these experiences, I can safely say that you may think your anger will never subside but I can assure you it does. At least it can if you let it.
I have over the last couple of years been in contact with one of the guys who did this to me. (He is in prison.) At this point in time I am very confident he is sorry he did this to me.
Unlike his partners I watched this young man go from pure hatred, to self reflection, to acceptance of what he had done.
And now?
Now, he has gotten his GED and will be going on to college when he gets out. (I will be joining him in his petition for Parole when it comes around next.)
Because of this and some other things he has done that he didn't have to, I see this guy as someone who will be good for society. To paraphrase our Vice President: "What he has done while in prison, is a big f*#king deal."
Its funny Rox, you think you can hate someone for the rest of your life and it doesn't always turn out the way.
Kind of like love, but in reverse.
Don't hate, Rox. You are way too good of a man for that.

here is a serious note to you.
go outside and take some deep breaths. look around, take yourself away form your struggles and imagine that you are outside of ST looking at your current struggles.
in this day and age of starvation, wars, unemployment (something which i actually feel bad about for you)and all the myriad problems of society, it is my personal opinion that you have WAY too much invested in this site. you won't find respect here, you are married so i assume you are'nt looking for tail, you might find some friends, but those will seriously only come from personal interactions, not some thread on UFO's.
so ask yourself, "why do i have so much invested here?" it doesnt pay the bills, it does not offer your family comfort, it does not provide you with income. what drives your posting here? what is motivating you here?
surely, you arent finding it lately, so why not give it a break? if your threats of hurting others actually come to fruition, trust me when i say that there are very few if any ST users who would support you in your quest for vengeance. you would be shunned at the least.
if others here disagree with what i am writing then by all means let me know.
i hope that you can find the peace that you are looking for, but i doubt it is here on these pages. i am not telling you to do anything but to pause and reflect.
anyone that gets this emotionally invested here, has issues. if you don't trust me, then talk to your wife about it.

In the time between my last two posts, Hawkeye has posted SIX posts, all aimed at me.
Who is the problem? The guy who posts using a lot of words and thought, or the guy who posts SIX TIMES, all aimed at humiliation and ridicule?
I never post six times in 5 minutes, all just hate spew. Not ever, not once in five years.
I fight back when it is directed towards me, but I don't leap on a thread and post over and over hate when I am not being attacked.
The gang of four does.
by the way. i didnt even reference you in all those posts. not once. none of the referenced posts said anything about you. think about that for a minute. how can a post of a picture from the internet or a comic that doesnt reference you hurt you that bad?
dude, you yourself said you were ready to lose it and a person that is under whatever other life stresses you might have would have to ask themselves, "why does that bother me so much when an anonymous dude on the internet can get under my skin so bad?
the answer is within you RJ, not anyone else. if anyone else on here thinks of RJ having normal healthy behavior i would surely like to know.
i am not picking on you, merely trying to point out that this thing eating at you is nothing compared to the day to day challenges some people face.
until you get your arms around that one, you will be trying to slay all manner of worthless demons....

Hawkeye has posted at least 30 times. And NONE of them have been directed at me. Or so he says.
Riiight...
Thirty times. So many I had to count twice. And he had 11 in the previous 10 minutes. And Hawkeye says he has a big job, very important.
So who is the real problem?
you did not try and understand a thing that i said did you? the last two posts were actually meant to get you to understand that you got internal issues that have nothing to do with me.
think about it,
how can in anonymous dude on the internet rile you so much?
i have toned down my posts to you, but this afernoon, with very little mention of you in my posts, you are ready to blow a fuse?
think about RJ....i am seriously trying to help you out here, but you of course don't want feedback.
read the posts. am i the only one that has told you that you need to get a life outside ST?
by the way, i am doing fine thanks.
