MUSIC OF THE SPHERE OF ROCKS AND LICHEN
The rocky road of last year,
Riding around from there to here,
What to my wondering eyes should appear,
Lichen and rocks in their own special sphere.
Underfoot and all around,
Sticking up out of the ground,
Having come down from the montains they bound,
And they roll and they rock to some spherical sound.

Knight's Ferry. Never been there, sad to say. Nor on Williams Road south of there.
Small businesses need regular support,
but the thru traffic which finds this place is their gravy.

Yuk, Yuk Duck, a specialty of Hop Sing's.[Click to View YouTube Video]Presenting Dillis Millis, aka DuckTalker, as the Little Lost Duck.
He beat WBraun out of the role. But that's a whole 'nother story.
Love the thumb shot and the fingers, too, Jay!
Keep them doggies rollin'.

That was SOME Monday. Tuesday can't be just as bad.
Pictures do not tell any of the story of grief and woe.
The music from the bottleneck says much mo'.
I'd probably be happy if I weren't so sad.
I discovered Andre Gide, however.
"...it was better to let him get over it by himself and not pay too much attention to his outburst.
'Let us finish dinner quietly,' she concluded."
