Gotta love sunsets on the beach.

I spent a lot of time as a teen on that beach. Back then you could camp right on the beach. I remember sunset surfing and parties right on the beach. Drove by there a month or so ago on the way to a friends wedding, camping is now right on the freeway and I think like $50.00:( Sunsets still look nice though.

Hey Tork,
We considered camping, but the $50.00 fee was a turn off, esp since the camping IS right next to the freeway AND train tracks... and basically in a parking lot.

We arrived in San Clemente on Oct. 2nd and left for AZ on the 5th.
We literally spent about 10-11 hours a day at the beach. It was heavenly. And the sunset on Oct. 3rd was stunning...

What's the diff between a desert tan and a beach tan?

The price tag.

MH2, you are an artist. Do you sell any of your photos? I could see you doing really well having a gallery in Vancouver or Whistler.

So true, MH2 is an artist.

You're lucky your floor doesn't look like this:

Thanks, but I'm just a picture-snapping monkey.

And Marlow, don't remind me. I once rode in an elevator in Albany, NY lined with wood veneer. What from a distance looked like ordinary knots in the wood were actually a vast host of souls being tormented in Hell. I fear Albany, NY.

MH2, you do good work: an excellent eye combined with technique.
