What "this just in" said.
Don't tell anyone but, probably be against my will, I'll root for the big B. München. Why? My Spanish cousin Alonso, and they don't have the biting cheater. The Madrids were tough match today.

Well, Barca vs Bayern and Real vs Juve.
Will be good to see two games of Bayern and Barca. Hopefully Robben and Bastain are fit, even bigger hope that Ribery can play. Barca is playing so good right now, but Bayern is one team that expects to win and isn't intimidated.
Go Bayern! SteveW, we are mortal enemies until May 13.
Really can't see Juve beating Real. Having said that, Juve is a solid team with Tevez, Buffon, Progba, Pirlo, Vidal, and so on. There only hope is on the counter, but with Tevez that's a good hope.
Watching Real the last couple years has been fun. Some of the best attacking ever. Like Bayern before Pep. I wouldn't mind seeing them repeat winners for the first time in Champions League.
Can't wait.

It pains me to see El Vampiro on the pitch with Lionel but if he keeps his mouth shut then I
guess it's ok. Don't see them being thwarted.

I guess that Messi guy is pretty good. I didn't see Neymar as a dive, but thought he was getting sent off, then the ball is in the net. Roller coaster. That third goal was the nail in the coffin. Barca deserved that game.
Juve and Real was good too. I didn't expect it to be that way, but Juve is for real. Do think Madrid goes on and we see a Classico Final, the ultimate Classico.

Messi!
And I kind of feel bad for Boateng, as that will be on replay a zillion times for many years.
Too bad Bayern has so many injuries. Would be much more interesting with Ribery and Robben available.

Lol, yeah Boateng will always remember that one.
Alaba is a big player too. And I too would have liked to see the true clash, but it wasn't in the cards this year.

Barca won 3-0 at home and lost 3-2 today at Bayern. So Bayern would have needed three more goals to advance. Messi, Neymar, and Suarez are scary. So unselfish and fun to watch the three of them play.

Yeah, they are scary because you never know when the BitingCheater is going to eat one of the opposing players. Too bad they play such damn good football, to paraphrase Mandrake/Sellers in Dr Strangelove.

Cough, cough, not to pat my own back but my April 19 post has proven correct, Barça versus Juventus final.
And I tip Barça, as I did on April 19. It will be interesting both side have excellent players. Barça attacks but defending is okay. Juventus defending very good, to say the least, but firepower (?). It will happen in midfield.
I am so glad it was not an El Clásico final. Seen too may El Clásicos this season. And of course I do not like Franco the Fascist's team Real Madrid and its pretty but whining cry-boy boy Ronaldo, who of course, is very good on the field but a whiner and full of himself. He checks out his wax likeness at the Madrid wax museum.

What a prat. Wish I had his money and footballing talent though.
Just not his ego.

Paddy, my thoughts, exactly. Didn't see the latest games, I've gone to the Luddites (and the
cheapskates), but the paper noted the Chiellini foul as being somewhat suspect. Swedes are
too neutral to make good refs. Let 'em play fer heaven's sake! They must be going nuts in
Torino!

Barca was a no brainer, but your Juve pick I didn't see that happening. That game last night was fun to watch. Real threw everything at them and should have won. Having said that, maybe Juve can stop the Barca attack, cause yesterday's game had attacking coming from everywhere, not just the three of Barca. Cmon Patrick, how can you not want to see Messi vs Ronaldo on the biggest stage? Oh well, it ain't happening.
Reilly it was a foul, Vidal got pretty lucky on a couple wild challenges also in the box.
