Yeah, I don't know if I even have a scan with the top rope still in it, I p'shopped it out as a birthday present for BVB back when he was still building his "american legend, bishes" schtick. Here's a further away shot of the same route, showing the crack size that Mr. Scuffy's bound to find appealing...

Cheap Mexican food Henny! Get his stomach full of cheap beans, tortillas and lard, then I hand him off to you for the night! Fart city for you and lots of laughs for me! Come on, last time I saw Rob, he was skinny as schit.....how much can the "hat rack" eat anyway?
Peace

Met James, aka F10, at Santee Boulders Tuesday. Saw the "F.R.O.G." pack and some gray and figured I was watching an old timer in action!

Hey, that Everest crack looks like a good one.

Let's see if I rose to the challenge properly...

Add my name to the list. I used to climb at that hill from 84-96. Now I just mountain bike around the thing. I can talk Dan Haughelstine to come out. Do the Lindners still live at the bottom? Dan said he heard Rick was into road biking or something. It would be really cool if Rick showed up. I haven't seen him since vegas in 97. I might be heading up there to belay Henny on sunday afternoon. Time to break out the scarpas.

OK, I'll rat someone out. REIGN 1 = Donny Bedford.

I second REIGN 1, I hope someone knows how to reach Rick Piggot, or already has. Anybody know if he's still in the Reno area? That's the last I heard of his whereabouts.

Has anybody done Exit Stage Left 11c, the classic Bedford problem on the Uncertainty Principle block? Traverse straight left past Kurtains a ways, then pretty much straight up the face. Good, good stuff! The rating proves Woodson has enough sand to fill up some bags.

Are you still up for an afternoon hike up that old ass road on sunday?

Hopefully my tips will hold up better this time. Last week they got so hammered that they took until yesterday to quit hurting. Bottom line: old ass wimp.

So Donny, explain this to me. Kurtains is 12a, right? I thought that without a doubt Exit Stage Left was harder. Uncertainty Principle is given 11c and there is ZERO doubt it's easier than Exit Stage Left. So what's wrong with this picture -->> Exit Stage Left, 11c. It's like calling Slap You Silly 11b. Even Powell wouldn't go that far overboard... or would he?

Henny,
I remember the first time me and Verdugo met you and KP at the rubidoux parking lot and started hiking. We ran into Tim Powell and the first thing he said was, "did those guys your going to sandbag today ever show up?"
I don't think we ever got on anything over 5.10b that day. hahaha
Has anyone done the bolted face on the big grunt chimney lately? When I ride my bike up there I never see chalk on it. That's another classic 5.11b-12.a lead. There is still lots of potential on that hill.
Somebody was asking about a couple of leads on the northeast side down from the fall semester area. I forget the names but they both are pretty good climbs. There is a pretty good slab to the right of fall semester called I think "jenny after school". Starving in stereo was always good to.

I can't make it for saturday. Mountain biking and supercross opener at anaheim is this saturday.
Sunday henny said he'd be getting worked on that diamond shaped rock above that first turn where you can see the san diego smog. I'm uncertain about what time but I think it will be around noon.
I haven't climbed in over 12 years so henny said he would put me on every tips face and meat grinder crack out there. Hope he can out run my bike after this! hahaha
