I thought they over-loaded log trucks down (and over) here. I pulled some 100,000+ loads, but none above the bolsters. I wouldn't pretend I was going to move that one.

That sort of thing went on BITD on the company roads before the lawyers and insurers got
wind of it. What y'all ain't seen are the ginormous rigs they ran (and still might run) on Vancouver Island. IIRC they weren't allowed on the highway except for brief stretches.
They made THock's rig look like a pickup and normally carried loads almost as big, but
relatively safely.
SOP on the island...
Here's one next to a normal semi...
When yer driving the backroads of the island and you see a sign saying no private vehicles
you better damn well believe it cause those dudes take up the WHOLE road!
