Why is the khan family not upset that many of the Muslims seeking to come here are fleeing religious violence perpetuated by the Clinton backed "rebel" groups? Why no fuss over the hundreds of thousands of dead Muslims from the wars Hillary voted for?

Because these are the wars PROMOTED by Republicans, and resisted by democrats. The only reason that Clinton voted for it, was the falsified information put out to Congress by the Repubs.
