Must have read my column.
Love could serve as the fulcrum of a revamped bench offense, and he'll get the ball more in that set-up that he ever will starting alongside Irving and LeBron. There is only one ball, as the kids say. Love still brings enough value as third option that bringing him off the bench won't necessarily turn him into Cleveland's version of Enes Kanter.
Love can shoot 3s, crash the offensive boards and toss smart passes all over the floor. If he hangs with Iguodala or Barnes on defense and busts it in transition, he can earn extra minutes with Cleveland's A-team at the end of each half.
Love has been ineffective in the post, but the Cavs will probably need his bully-ball at some point. They finally caught Golden State scrambling away from 3-point shooters in Game 3, but the Warriors will lock back in on defense Friday night. That was probably their worst defensive performance in a game that actually mattered all season. They have already shown that their switching scheme allows them to play Cleveland's pick-and-rolls one-on-one, negating the need for any help defenders to crash into the lane -- and stray from the Cavs' army of shooters.

I got on the 405 Freeway North coming out of Santa Monica the day of The Bronco Trip and there were absolutely no cars. I couldn't believe it, flipped on my radio to find that OJ had shut down the 405 of south of the 10 (... so he could listen to the game).
Showtime. Magic comments at 3:40 are heart warming and true.

Iceman is legit. Remember seeing George Gervin posters when buying hightops as a 14-year-old back in the 80s. "San Antonio Spurs" seemed so exotic back then

Things are looking steep and slippery for the Cavs.
I feel bad for Cleveland, a city without a championship in any sport, for 50 years.
Just not bad enough to cheer for the Cavs.....

I want to hear the replay of the elBrown & Steph Curry conversation there at the end.
I do not know where their (the "Cabrios") minds went in the middle of the Qtr4, maybe they started thinking they were back n Kansas.
Both Curry and Thompson have an amazingly quick release. I think Curry is a bit quicker off the dribble, maybe a tie otherwise.
Speaking of Magic, how about The Warriors with Magic bringing the ball up the court. With his vision, size and passing - look out - C&T maybe could get 27 three's. Did I mention that he'd just score it himself if they tried to sandbag?

James was certainly trying to get rises out of Green and Curry near the end; desperation, I guess.
I respectfully disagree. I think it was pure frustration. He wasn't having his best game, Love didn't step up, and the Warriors were playing more physical than they often do.
Anybody else hear this one?::::
Steph Curry got his wife pregnant from 25 feet away!!
Speaking of George Gervin, I was fortunate to see him go off for 48 points against the Lakers with Kareem, in San Antonio, when I was on a 1 evening pass from Basic Training!

Couldn't remember whether Steph was 6' 3'' or 6' 2" (Michele asks these questions - "he's a short little guy, how tall is he").
It's Seth that's 6' 2" and Wardell (weird what you can find out) is ironically from Ohio (Akron). I remember what Chrissie said about that one.
Why not, no game until Monday, right?
I will observe that CAVs shot 24% on three's (6-25 vs 17-36) and 57.7% (15-26 vs 25-31) on freethrows.
Game differential 11. With essentially no G time.

Can't find anything where you can hear what was said, but after watching the altercations, elBrown is even stronger than he looks or Green flopped on the first one. James clearly grabs and strongarms Curry in the second one.
