I don't have a horse in this race but, when people say Cruz has accomplished nothing I am compelled to set the record straight.

Cruz graduated c#m laude from Princeton.
He won both the U.S. National Debating championship and the North American debating championship.

Cruz went on to Harvard Law School and graduated Magna C#m Laude.
He was a primary editor of the Harvard Law Review and executive editor Of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.

At Harvard professor Alan Dershowitz (hardly a conservative) said “Cruz was off –the-charts brilliant.”

Cruz went on to clerk for William Rehnquist, Chief Justice of The Supreme Court.

Cruz has authored 70 Supreme Court briefs, and argued nine cases before the Supreme Court. All were won.

Cruz has been named by American Lawyer magazine as one of the 50 Best Litigators under 45 in America, by The National Law Journal as one of the 50 Most Influential Minority Lawyers in America, and by Texas Lawyer as one of the 25 Greatest Texas Lawyers of the Past Quarter Century.

He is by far the most accomplished individual in the race.

Rubio is a distant 3rd in all races
and Kasich has been at ~1%

for Kasich to have a chance the other 3 will have to drop dead
but you never know with the most corrupt group of folks will do when squeezed into a corner, Kasich could be anointed the GOP nominee by the Party.
I think Rubio is too tainted now after all the GOP debates.

Ksolem, you got me, Cruz has done so much more.....
Cruz is very accomplished in getting crappy conservative decisions through the corrupt right wing courts.

Please respond with some Cruz wins of note...

Cruz is the Classic Authoritarian Leader, he uses religion, patriotism, fear, anger and guilt like a preacher to herd a huge flock of authoritarian followers.

I'm beginning to think my guy Cruz has a good chance at the nomination. With the historic turnout on the repub side versus anemic turnout on the dem side the general will be a slam dunk. That is if the dems even have a candidate this side of the slammer.

You think a Cruz,or Trump for that matter, will result in anemic turnout on the D side? That's delusional. I expect high turnout on both sides.

I hate all the lies being perpetuated about Hillary, are you saying she has killed people??

That's sick and disgusting
It just goes to show the inner personality of the people that believe anything they are told, they look for the confirmation bias to hate

For God sakes she was Secretary of State when our evil empire was propping up, arming, and providing air support (i.e. killing people from the sky) for the "rebels" in Libya.

So yeah, she contributed to the outright murder of many people.

Like if you just drive the car to the bank but only your buddies kill the security guards inside. The driver is still guilty of those felonies. I bet she did more than drive the car too.

If you can't see that I'm sorry. And no, no Wikipedia page is going to point out Hillary's crimes.

And once again, I'm not saying Trump isn't evil too, just perhaps less of a bloody history in this sick and twisted group of folks. Hillary's just a proven and trusted member of the club.

I'm still waiting to hear about Cruz'z good wins.

In the mean time I did my own research,
and I can see why we will have to wait till hell freezes over to hear about anything good about Cruz.

Senate Candidate and Supreme Court Have a History

By AMAN BATHEJA
JULY 22, 2012

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/22/us/politics/a-history-for-senate-candidate-ted-cruz-and-supreme-court.html?_r=0

In nearly every speech Ted Cruz delivers in his United States Senate campaign, he repeatedly mentions the United States Supreme Court.

Whether Mr. Cruz, the former Texas solicitor general, is recalling the time he argued that a state should not have to follow an order from an international body or the brief he wrote in defense of a Ten Commandments monument on public property, Mr. Cruz’s work before the nation’s highest court during five-plus years as solicitor general has served as the cornerstone of a somewhat unorthodox campaign.

Mr. Cruz worked on so many high-profile cases because he and his former boss, Attorney General Greg Abbott, set out to engage in politically charged issues.

“We ended up year after year arguing some of the biggest cases in the country,” Mr. Cruz said. “There was a degree of serendipity in that, but there was also a concerted effort to seek out and lead conservative fights.”

In other words, he has been fighting the courts for far right wing Conservative issues for purely political purposes; religious liberty, Christian Superiority, abortion, increasing criminal sentences, and making sure people get put to death.

So we can surely say that Cruz has murdered people, since the ST poster known as "fear" has educated us on who is responsible when people die from Government intervention, it's very simple = Cruz murdered THEM.

Trump lost big in Puerto Rico. Can't wait to hear the sound bite from him on that one.

There was also a good "Prairie Home Companion" Guy Noir skit where he was talking with "Trump" and ripped on his disavowing the KKK moment of glory. My connection os awful, or I would look for a link. Pretty funny.
