No baked no sleepy no beer nor wine neither,,, But tomorrow I woulda' liked to go to this

http://tworoadsbrewing.com

Check out my favorite local brewery

but they say they are sold out !? only
have Expressway on tap! and came out with rhye a belgian fruity white that doesn't sound all that worth the Drive.
it clocks in at 9.6%ABV or something so I can get that warm right here and
drink mor' en 2 and warm Route Of All Evil is available down the Hill, Too.
a substantial one ....The Hill, warning incoming small granite blocks that are clean and fun,Those 2 above are not all that near here but are spectacular
(fuzzy ,2nd picture , sorry about that) routes -
to bad no one gets that joke but the Greased monkey gnome
a tree has fallen and taking away my easiest parking zone, one or two of these blocks may be making another appearance. All will I'm sure over time, on the pebbles wrestling threads.....
it is time to go up and knock on the door,
"May I park in your fore drive? I won't be blocking anything" Why you ask, when they do, I will dance around the climbing, and say, " Ive been raised up, coming down the hillside". Some bold stylized crap I'm charming and older and it is a good neighborhood.
YES ANITA the troll is a real person.
A sorry thing that she needs help knows it but won't get help her comments to you sent my wife off the ranch, me three as I'm sure that shjt was crap... ( it IS Fearsome Wide on the Left, @ the start of the steep,Stick your feet in & lay out Right...)

Cooking with a wine reduction sauce tonight (must stop watching the Food Channel).
I tend to nip while cooking.
I think that'll be it because tomorrow is a big ride day.

Here's to garlic!!!!

It's not quite Friday night, but I'm toasting cheating death, or injury tonight, so

Spring has sprung here in Choss Creek with daytime highs in the 50's & Heidi's garden starting to grow. We enjoyed our first picking of asparagus tonight!

The celebration has been helped along with some Cline Ancient Vines Zin & some Columbia Crest Cab.

I took an interesting geriatric fall today on our ranchette. I was standing on a solid hillside 2' x 3' dirt platform, tugging cut 15 feet long dead branches up out of a large Skunkbrush I'm disciplining.

The branches are tightly inter-twined and take a lot of tugging. One & its pals tugged back hard at an unbalanced moment and I was suddenly falling face forward toward the remaining branches, four to six feet below me. In a split-second I decided face-first wasn't good, and I did a somersalt.

I landed back & butt-down on soft & yielding branches, without a scratch or a bruise, although my clothes were covered with very pungent-odored sap. After a brief period of wiggling like an upside-down beetle, I crawled back up and out.

The dirt platform I fell off, and the landing zone below.

The landing zone.

Yes! I did drink a toast to cheating death!

hey there say, fritz... oh my!!!!
say, and that is what can really ruin the ol' human body, :O
the 'little things' as well, as, humans can tend to
think of these routine works, as:

so normal, and so habit-like, we don't realize to take
the extra care, of--

looking around...
slowing down...
letting someone know where and what, we are up to...

and on and on...

thank god you did not fall on your NECK!...
and that the landing, was soft enough, but smelly...

i too will have a drink and celebrate, as well...
thanks for sharing...

give your wife an extra hug and kiss tonight...

and savor, that, as well...

whewwwwwwwwwwww....

Saturday morning posting with coffee; organic brew straight from Oxjaca, Mexico.

I confess I haven't climbed rock since COR last June. Knocked out by injury after surfing in August. Working like a mule until just a few weeks ago.

Got some sweet new Scarpa Mastrale Ski boots. Heading into the Sequoia back woods next weekend. Then to Utah 2 weeks later. Looking forward to climbing again some day soon.

Pete! What a "WINE-UP!" I think Anita is going to "drink you pretty" tonight, for sure.

We had a really nice day for spring clean-up, burning, weed-spraying, & asparagus picking on the ranchette today. Unfortunately, the first glass of Campus Oaks Zin didn't start hitting my throat until 6:10 PM MT. Time.

I'll try to catch-up. We have a week of rain in the valleys & snow in the mountains starting tommorrow, but it's currently 63f. outside, the lawn sprinklers are running for the first time this year, the sunset is nice, and life is GUD!

Sluurp.
