Bumgarner is 0-14 in the postseason?
Maybe that's why he's so bummed out in the dugout.

MadBum just gave the stone cold stare to the ump after that called strike 3
The N Carolina farm boy with the faraway look shuts out the Royals in game 5.

Bumgarner's dugout demeanor is kinda bizarre. Thousand yard stare, downward, sullen looks...what's his deal?
Dude. He's in a zone. Pitching in his mind. You were wrong about them pulling him. Looks like he's gonna pitch the ninth too.

0.29 era in 4 World Series starts. That's just befuddling. What an outing.

MadBum just said he'll be ready for game 7 if Bochy needs on Wednesday after throwing 117 pitches tonight.

Pitch count is a over-emphasized pain in the ass.
If not Bumgarner for the start, why not Petit in game 7 with MadBum ready around the 4th or 5th. Petit also has it going on right now.

0-14 is MadBum's batting average in the post season
I agree, hopefully Petit can give the Giants 6 quality innings in game 6 with a couple of runs lead and then Bochy will mix and match to the 9th where Casilla Later will end it.

"Dude. He's in a zone. Pitching in his mind."
That's an understatement. That kid is a machine.
"You were wrong about them pulling him."
Well, they were warming somebody up at the time...and I bet Bochi reconsidered. Good call. That was baseball history, right there.

I think Peavy can give the Giants at least 5 strong on Teusday night. If so, Boche will have some good options from the pen to work with. If we can get to Ventura early, it could be season over for KC.
Upside is, our bats are alive and defense has been stellar. Can't say the same for Royally Blue right now.
