Donini! I ain't running the Sisters Camp after we set-up camping and parking areas-----and only a group of concerned campers can impose rules after that.
I'm going to rest, drink, and climb.
Herding climbers and cats is unrewading.

As it should be! You've done enough already.
COR!
BTW, I'm almost afraid to ask, but is Phyllis Tracy still alive?

Goodness Fritz! I have been hearing from people who are quite concerned that the gourmet food, fine Italian wines and fireside frivolty will dent their resolve to add at least a letter grade to their 2014 send profile. Someone has to militarize the camp to help keep them on course.

drinking will end PROMPTLY at 9:00 pm so that everyone will be in formation at precisely 7:00 am to receive their climbing assignments.
I'll be in a coma by 8:00 and up at 4:30 ready to climb by 5:30.
I have a bugle for revellie if you'd like me to bring it.

Ah Senior Donini! Re your statement: Someone has to militarize the camp to help keep them on course.
Maybe that Eastern Holy Man you met in China will levitate in and inspire us campers to send.
Namaste!

This is going to be a really fun trip. And to boot, we have a resident TR Master to document the times.
I'm still in the throws of one of the worst gout attacks I've ever had, but not even that could stop me. I just pray that I can get a shoe on and do some "roots".

There are quite a few tr's for me to write at the moment. I still don't think i'll be worthy of that title though. There are some pretty spectacular tr's on here to compete with!!
"Safe Snowboarding"? lol!! That's easy! Don't ollie a roller to flat at 90k/h plus! Lol

I don't see any competition here. At least not from you. You are just adding to the nice factor.

We will have several veteran members of an Idaho climbing club in camp.
Perhaps Imstein and I can give a talk on the sordid history of The Decker Flat Climbing & Frisbee Club, and our much-coveted "Back-offer of The Year!" awards.
Here's some warm-up reading on the subject:
The five stages of backing off climbs.

On Backing out of a Cinema
TR writing is a trip in itself.
Sometimes having lived through a trip causes our consciousness to do strange and trrrippy thingsssss.
I'd like to Trip Report on the time I went to see The Trip in Sssandy Eggo.
I bought a ticket and went in and looked for others. I was alone except for one guy up in the last row. It was trrrippy and sh!t like that.
And then came the giant Hoppers.
i managed to back out of the theater, but it took me forever, man...it took me the rest of eternity, man!
and it was totally dark and sh!t by the time I got out of the lobby with my face smeared with melted chocolate.
aye still have the ticket stub someplace.
that was some weird movie!
sow i tried some lsd later when i got to treasure eyesland near the haight.
and now look, here i am, channeling a norwegian gnome name climber i'm kinda fonda.
and this is no norse saga but a real made-up story about the year 1967.
i began rudimentary climbing the next season.
i considered myself an experienced guide because i passed the acid test one time.

Fritz, thanks for those articles. I talked to Phyllis every trip I made out there. What a nice lady. I hope she lives to be 100.
