The woman named in the law suit filed twice, not once against Trump for rape.
It is clear that Trump paid off women to shut their mouths about sexual assault.
She filed a second time right before the election and then dropped it.
You have to have a lawyer to file in district level court, and they don't waste their time on nothing suits.
There is no "second side" to present, Tom, Presidents don't talk about rape charges
And if you can't figure out why by now then you need to read more.

Trump falsely claimed that he had seen ICE agents liberate towns of the MS-13 gang. Trump has never seen any such thing. Trump continues to lie to his fan base of dullards, dupes, racists and fools, inventing an imaginary reality where he is the savior of all mankind.
Just curious, why doesn't trump go after the crips, and the bloods?

The people in Indiana are going to need their "Great Again" pills to escape reality. Putin's economic sanctions on American businesses are already causing layoffs and factory closures in the Midwest. Now it's Indiana's soybean farmers who are being bent over double, like safety pins, by Putin's economic policies for the United States.
Russia's sales of soybeans to China tripled in response to Putin's now-detonated import tariffs on Chinese steel and aluminum.

The American people need to realize that Donald Trump is actively working to advance Putin's plans for the disruption and disorganization of the West. The trade war, and the U.S.'s dissociation from Canada, Mexico, China and the EU is benefiting Russia, not the United States.
Breaking up NATO would benefit Russia, not the West.
Leaving the WTO would cripple it, creating economic chaos.
Trump is a traitor, actively engaging in treason to injure and hurt the United States. His policies are completely in sync with what the Kremlin would like him to be doing. His agenda is the Kremlin's agenda.
It is statistically impossible that Trump's pro-Russian activities are simply coincidences. None of his pro-Russian moves benefit the United States. In fact, they injure and hurt the United States.
Once, maybe.
Twice, not likely.
Three times, probably not.
Four times, highly improbable.
Five times, probability indistinguishable from zero.
Six times, no.
Seven time, absolutely impossible.
Eight times, absolutely impossible, except with time travel.
Nine times, absolutely impossible, even with time travel.
Ten times, NFW.
Here is a partial list of Trump's moves to benefit Russia, and injure the United States.
1. Trump moved the GOP at the convention to lift sanctions on Russia over Crimea and campaign interference. At the same time, Trump moved to reverse the U.S. policy of providing arms to Ukraine to combat the Russian invasion of Crimea. After he took office, Trump balked at enforcing the Russian sanctions that Congress had written into law. Eighteen months into his term, he has not implemented all of Congress' Russian sanctions.
2. Trump is disrupting and attempting to derail the Mueller investigation into Russian campaign interference. Even before the investigation began, he sought to preclude it by firing FBI Director James Comey. Trump has done nothing, or less than nothing, to protect the 2018 elections from Russian interference.
3. Trump and his staff (Jared Kushner, Eric Price, et al) attempted to establish a secret, back-channel of communication between Trump and the Kremlin. It is unknown if such a back-channel was established, or if Putin uses it to control Trump. The plan was to use Russian embassy communications infrastructure to thwart the NSA's ability to eavesdrop in the name of national security.
4. At least ten people associated with the Trump election campaign have been shown to have met with Russians linked to Putin and the Kremlin during the campaign, or shortly thereafter. All of those Trump people lied about their meetings with Russians, suggesting their intentions were nefarious.
5. Four days after the 2016 election, Arron Banks, a major financier of the Brexit campaign to leave the EU, came to Trump Tower to meet with Trump, and then reported back to the Russian ambassador to England. The Brexit decision will be highly disruptive to the British economy, and to the U.S. to the extent that it does business with Britain.
6. Aras Agalarov, a Russian oligarch tied to Putin, came to Trump Tower shortly after the 2016 election to talk to Trump. Agalorov was Putin's money man for the now-defunct Trump Moscow Tower project.
7. Trump offered France a "better trade deal" if it would leave the EU.
8. Trump antagonized and alienated the other G7 countries, and suggested that Russia be allowed to rejoin the group.
9. Trump's trade policies caused China to abandon American soybeans in favor of Russian soybeans, a trade volume worth billions of dollars.
10. Trump is talking about pulling the U.S. military out of Europe, just as Putin is beginning to move West militarily (as in Crimea and Georgia).
11. Trump ignores the unanimous U.S. intelligence agencies' verdict that Russia interfered in the 2016 election, and instead considers Putin's self-serving denials to be accurate. The Senate Intelligence Committee released their own report today, confirming that Russia interfered, and did so to assist Trump in getting elected.
12. Trump was asked if he would discuss Russian interference in the 2016 election when he meets with Putin in Helsinki this month. Trump didn't answer the question. Instead, he said he wanted to know why the DNC server (which the Russians hacked into and stole emails from) was not turned over to the FBI.
13. Trump has ridiculed, insulted or otherwise disparaged almost everyone within his orbit, with the conspicuous exception of Vladimir Putin.
