misogynist remarks, his belittling a journalist's handicap, and the myriad of other behaviors would find unsettling enough to step back
The problem is that the Demoncrats are determined to put up the Hillabeast, who has poll results showing that the majority of Americans have an immediate word-association with her of "dishonest."
She's a lying criminal, regardless of whether or not the DOJ will do their OBVIOUS job in the face of the now stacks of evidence of her at least criminal-negligence.
So, since the Demoncrats REFUSE to give us Bernie as an alternative, people like me are FORCED to vote for whatever non-Hillabeast the Rebumblecons put up. Give me a Bernie alternative, and that's who I'm going for.

That's a bogus question, as you know. The game is played very differently for people like her than people like us.
Anybody who can't look at the relevant statutes, which, btw, are published on the State Department website, and compare those to what we ALL already know about her behaviors, and thereby see the crimes she HAS committed... well, there's no arguing it.
But, half the country will simply turn a blind eye to it, while the other half (and hopefully enough more) will vote for Trump. Even HE would be better than the utter slime she is.
It's not just "angry" voters that are looking to him. Give me Bernie, and it's a totally different ballgame. But give me the Hillabeast, and I (and many like me) am going for Trump.

You support Bernie, he'll endorse Hillary, but you'll vote for the bigot. What principles you have.

Hmmm. Yes and no.
Don't you often post on ST demanding that people be specific? Aren't you the guy who puts people in the dock for making claims without proof? The guy who demands reason and logic?
It may be true that the very rich and well connected are treated differently by the police and courts than black kids in hoodies, but you waving your arms and saying "Well, yeah, of course she's guilty" is no different than anyone else here on ST claiming something but not backing it up.
Personally, I have no idea whether Hillary Clinton is guilty of any crime. But you saying "Of course she is" is no different than someone else saying "Of course she isn't."

bolter, the fact that you cannot actually cite ONE law that she has violated, in spite of it being so OBVIOUS, and that when people ask, you say that they have to go on a Google expedition of state dept websites and who knows what else, means to me that even if you are right, the number of people who will do that is vanishingly small.....she's elected for sure, and the fault will be YOURS, because you would not cite specifics.

Which should mean, in America, she is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Stewart, I don't expect an answer, but I do think it is time to put his supporters on the spot and hold them accountable. This isn't cute or funny anymore, and if he is elected, it will be because they are willing to support his bigotry. They don't get a pass on this sh#t anymore.

I've ALREADY provided links, citations of statutes (which you can EASILY find for yourself on the State Department website), and analysis repeatedly. You guys repeatedly turn a BLIND eye, so I don't waste my time on it anymore. She's CLEARLY violated multiple FOIA statutes as well as engaged in AT LEAST criminal negligence in her handling of classified information. Her "shredding" in the face of a federal investigation is ITSELF criminal. And her joking about it is absolutely disgusting!
I'm just explaining to you the sense that MANY in this nation have today: The Hillabeast is ENTIRELY corrupted, OWNED by the very corporations/banks YOU guys SAY that you hate, and in FACT a criminal; and if Trump is the ONLY alternative our SICK system will allow, then we're FORCED to vote for Trump instead of the utterly corrupt slime that the Demoncrats are determined to foist off on us.

You have LESS evidence to sustain that accusation than we ALL have to KNOW that the Hillabeast is in BED with the corps and banks, far less than the information that is EASILY available to compare statutes with her behaviors to see her criminality.

Absolutely, and I'm not even trying to deny it! I'm speaking to particular accusations against him and saying that the ones here denying that Clinton is full-blown "establishment" and criminal are the sames ones who make particular accusations against Trump with even less evidence.
She is "establishment" in every sense, and she stands for everything in the way of corporate greed and abuses that everybody here SAYS they oppose!

Trump's repeated trips to bankruptcy and divorce court speak to his true 'character'.
What HE'S done is entirely legal.
Clinton's repeated trips to her lawyers and computer professionals to "cleanse" her server (in the face of congressional and FBI inquiry, and in clear violation of FOIA law) speak to her true 'criminality'.
She's beyond just a Trumpian "sleazy". She's as sleazy as he is, but establishment and criminal to boot.
So, what are you guys going to do (and say here) if she finally IS indicted by the FBI and the DoJ? The "she hasn't been charged nor convicted" is gonna seem might THIN at that point.
What would it take for you to admit that her situation is NOT just the result of some "right-wing conspiracy"?
