That would depend on the distance between the sportsmobile and the washer.

30-mile road bike ride today, the second half in pouring rain and headwind, and I am almost positive it was all uphill too.
Still, it builds character and made the long hot shower all the more enjoyable, and this tequila extra enjoyable :)
Did a lot of barbell thrusters and box jumps today too so hamstrings will be feeling it tomorrow.

Wade Icey, how goes the crutching?

Oh, and eKat, I meant to reply to your photo of AWESOME shoes. It is very cool you have the yellow Sony walkman too - they were the sh!t in the 80's.
How do the shoes feel - as great as they look?

Bigger than average week, monday I summited Mt. Whitney after guiding a family up the Mountaineers route. We started on Saturday afternoon. Thursday I got to take a skate skiing clinic from the top three US Team skiers, very inspiring to see world cup skiers live! was the last Nordic race of the season, the 42k Goldrush. I felt a bit tired from Whitney, but had a decent race, last of the season, now very psyched to climb, and some backcountry skating, after some recovery.

Taste the rainbow!!
I bet no music device made these days will last as long as that walkman has. Will an iPod still be functioning in 20+ years?

12.5 mile trail jog. No problem for you cardio hogs but arse whupper for me.

At the risk of being a killjoy and generally "no fun"--a solid state mp3 player will almost certainly last far longer than an average cassette Walkman. No moving parts to wear out--nothing really to break. (MP3 players with hard drives are a different story.

Sounds like heaven, Jaybro!
I did 12 urban miles from the Bronx into Manhattan, to go help coach a running seminar. Running under a highway, past building supply yards, autobody shops, with a pack on my back, pretended I was Rocky. One garage had a yard full of dogs, mix of mutts and pitbulls, laying around bored. One pit was humping another - they both looked bored.

Couloir and cornice season for the next six weeks!
Eight miles around Middle Boulder drainage topped off with a poached run down the west ridge of Eldora.
