Bouldered Stoney a LOT in the 80's. Actually met Coonyard there one day just chillin' in the shade while his kid did some tentative bouldering. Stoney has a rich history that should be preserved. Not sacrificed for some noobie whippersnapper's fame and glory story. Good on y'all for chopping that sh#t.

I also used to hang out there when using the stables next door (in the 80s) as a location for shooting aspiring talent for one of the modeling agencies in Beverly Hills.
I haven't been there since 2005~ what a great place!!
