ueBig exhale what was sweet, on drawing in, leaves my spout smelling disgusting . The acrid mix of beer and gin does nothing to help the situation .
That would be Gilbey's Gin, London Dry Gin - not Bombay Sapphire or Tankqueray, but not Bath tub gin either.
I went with the mix of Trader Joes Triple x Ginger brew, a holiday special that sells out here two weeks Before X-Mas! The locals I suspect, have found out,a secret that I had kept like I do with all my small cliffs. - Ginger Brew Makes a great mixer!
Stong mixer, strong drink, just one will do!

I have two younger kids, ice can not be made safe, and when I try to make ice climbing safe, I almost die almost every time , eventually.

I can not shake the contrast that the two younge women who both love climbing would be in the same thread and both as tangents, catalysts for debate. I know that one at least is sad to be mentioned in this light I bet The other is not smiling about it either.

Reporting late on last night; a couple glasses of Kendall Jackson Reisling, very good, followed by 2 or 3 classes of Martini Asti which was a delightful sweet bubbly composed mostly of Moscato but thinned down with something like Sauvignion Blanc or something(s). I'll take the Italian sparkling wines over the French any day. Had some Prosecco on NYE that blew my mind. Ten bucks outta Costco. Gonna buy a case of that and report back later. Has a blue label.
REwatched Casablanca on NYE with blu-ray and high def Samsung big screen in a small room. SO GOOD. They drink Champagne and Champagne Coctails while continuously smoking cigarettes through the whole film. My throat was getting harshed out just watching all the smoking.
Yose was a blast last weekend. I saw Ansel Evans in the Lodge but was with the family and didn't get a chance to say "hi." The boys were up working the Free Dawn Wall.
I went on a hunt and found this historic artifact. (can't say too much about it.)

On time this week having just put down 3 oz of Whistling Andy's Whisky with soda. Whistling Andy has a fine distillery on the East side of Flathed lake with many quality potions and some very ... helpful ... staff.
Crap! I was supposed to call Cosmic back today.
Looks like Stoney Point again on Sunday morning with a crowd of kids.
Anyone up for Moderate Mecca at Red Rocks in Vegas on Monday afternoon? If it's raining or snow that will be craps at the Manadalay Bay.

All you onsight ground up proponents, can't follow the rules !? for post #3000!!
Here are the parameters, (rules for you sixth graders)
For the sake of redundancy;
1)Current consumption,
What you are drinking the quantity or the amount on hand and your aim.
not required but nice a statement as to the quality of the potion.
2)At least one inflamitory comment,
A snarky or over the top comment, here is an example;
Flip flop has small feats, that's why he cross dresses, and looks you can see the outline of his member!, that's why he's cross dressing.
3)Why you are drunk and typing on Mctopo, instead of doing something worthwhile, like driving to the crag.
Here, is where if you have something to say, let it rip so to speak !
