might have to wait till wednesday to bust out the sw. dinner with the neighbors at stone brewery tomorrow.

i ate ok today. for breakfast i had a cookie at tessa's kindergarten graduation, no snacks till lunch. lunch was 2 cups of non fat cottage cheese and a monster.

i had about 7 1 inch size pretzels in the afternoon with another monster.

birthday party at work with dbl choc cake. i passed.

might skip dinner, still monstered up and not really hungry.

cold has subsided a bit, might be able to run tomorrow.

Too bad my extreme dieting has me disqualified!

Down 19 pounds.

If my baby and I entered as a team, we're short 12. She's chunking right up though, not the ideal partner.

What's the consensus? Sunday the 21st for weigh out or the 22nd?

Sunday the 21st is a true 21 days of dieting (3 week blast). But Monday's are often easier to weigh in/out.

Survey Says?

Either way, I'm hosed...vacation starts days before that and I have to now pack a scale.

i would vote for sunday for two reasons. first, it was a three week contest and sunday is the 21st day as you said.

second, sunday is father's day and id like to weigh out in the morning then drink a case of beer, smoke cigars, and have 3 steaks. i fricken deserve it.

i lost the lb I gained plus another, was down 7 this morning but expect to gain it back today as i am hungry and eating, plus have dinner at a brewery tonight.

Fine. That means I only have to diet the first few days of vacation which will be hard enough as I'll likely just have my fat ass sitting in our truck during a push of a drive.

Sunday it is. Weigh out anytime between 00:00:01 and 23:59:59

zip,

although i was the the first responder to sp's thread, if you'll pay attention, my only other response was the 7th of the now 300+, when i posted something along the lines of "ugh, rules." that pretty much sums it up for me. i'm continuing on my personal journey, losing weight (lost 50 in 18 weeks, 10 to go). i'm more fully understanding what comprises a healthy intake of food (i hesitate to use the word diet which has accumulated associations with a restricted intake of food, rather than a normal and healthy "diet" or partaking of nutrition), as well understanding my previous cognitive dissonance in this arena. but I play on my own terms, not others. please accept the fact that i opted out of susan's scheme early on, yet continue personal efforts of self improvement.

yours truly

AM,

That's a big negative Ghost Rider, the pattern is full.

You are in for $10 now, and another $100 next week.

If you have an issue with that, you can take it up with my lawyer, Brian "Mr. Way" Knight.
