Jody, yes, the IRS thing was beyond stoopid. You might be right about the numbers.
Speaking of which, the economic numbers as far as his possible trade moves are concerned
have a strong likelihood of not panning out resulting in job losses, etc.

They are going above and beyond normal legislative resistance and basically don't care about the health(pun intended) of the country.
you reap what you sow. The rights hissy fit under Obama was pretty crazy. Still got your guns. America still has the number one military. Obamacare isn't really all that bad. It was after all primarily a republican plan. But my goodness.. it was signed by Obama, so of course it must be evil.
See how that works Jody?
Good grief.. The right laughed about Michelle's "manly" arms. And many of them laughed right here on the taco. I'm not saying that you did. I'm just pointing out that the right threw a hissy fit under Obama.. so Hissy fits seem to be the norm.
If you want to be fair.. then you have to stop blaming everything on the left.

So now we know. 24 million more Americans without health coverage eventually under Trumpcare.
Sad. Sick. That "healthcare for everyone" promise? #fuggedaboutit
Never, ever, vote for a Republican.

Some (maybe not here) maligned her for wearing dresses that exposed her shoulders.
Now, we have a First Lady who did nudie shots a couple of decades ago and the same crowd doesn't utter a peep.

Promising to repeal Obamacare is what got them into office.
No, it wasn't, and they remember that. They remember repeal and replace.
with something that will be "far cheaper, with better benefits, that will cover everyone".
and they'd better produce.

You brag about your pension and benefits, which sounds suspiciously like a UNION benefit.
But now, your side has successfully worked to shut unions down nationally---and continue to do so.
We'll see what Jody says once the conservatives gut his pension.

My original question still remains unanswered: What's with the mean spirited 'I got mine so f*#k off' republican attitude? Do these people like to cause fear, uncertainty, and doubt? Do they like to punish people? Is there weird some pleasure in it for them? I really don't understand it.

24 million free loaders to lose free health insurance with the Ryan plan according to the more often very wrong than right CBO. I wonder if they're accounting for the millions of middle class in the individual market (mainly self employed and contract workers) that were being priced out of the market by Obama Care? For instance, my new premium last fall under Obama Care was set to go up from $1310 to $3260 a month and that was with a 10k deductible apeice for me and the wife. Not affordable, what with 60k out of pocket before any coverage. Might as well self insure. As Bill Clinton said " it's a crazy system".

Or move to any other first-world country. You know, places where humans matter more than corporations.

^^^^^ Nah, my family has been here since 1632 through good times and bad. The current system will straighten out eventually and America will be great again when all the sick little liberal/commies die out. My generation is probably among the worst as compared to the parents raised in the crucible of the great depression and honed to a fine edge by WW2.

Obamacare has taken us one huge step towards single payer. There will be setbacks but it's inevitable at this point.

24 million free loaders to lose free health insurance
Duh! All they have to do is walk into an ER and they will get service....typically when they are a lot sicker, hence more expensive....and where do those costs get passed on to? You and I.
Penny wise pound foolish.
Get over it.
