Will all due respect Jim, that's really BS. There is no free speech issue AT ALL. They are free to stand on the street corner and utilize their free speech rights just like any other day.
The NY Times refusing to publish my opinion pieces is not a free speech issue, and this is no different. Private website, etc.

You're absolutely correct Elcap..., my mistake, this is a private website, but I think that nukings on ST often seem very arbitrary. I know that is the priviledge of the website administrators but it makes me a bit uneasy.

For all it's occasional inanity, I believe this is a very worthwhile thread.
There've been minimal personal attacks and a serious issue of interest to all SuperTopo users is being intelligently discussed.
Who gets excluded and on what FACTUAL or ethical basis is the question.
That CMac has the right to exclude anyone he likes is not in dispute.
So far, I've heard no facts that ethically justify excluding any of the four people in question.
We've gotten some interesting facts from locker concerning fattrad. Unless they led to some other activity, which so far is just speculation, exclusion isn't justified in my mind. The fattrad facts don't apply to anything I know about FM, weschrist and skipt.
Disclaimer: I've met and spoken at length with fattrad a couple of times. Although I've frequently found him annoying here, he appears to me a decent and often generous person in Real Life. He could of course be Jekyll and Hyde, I've misjudged people before. I've no opinion about the other three; they're just typical internet barking rats as far as I'm concerned.
