12 mile jog on dirt paths around my house.
Question for those of you who are knowledgeable runners/joggers:
I've had some foot pain for the past month or so that I'm pretty sure is plantar fasciitis. As with lots of these problems, it came on with increased mileage.
The pain is not that bad, so I am I being an idiot to continue jogging with some pain?

When I get a niggle like that (PF, ITB, achilles, etc.) that's not too bad, I take a day or two off, try a short, easy run and if it hurts, take more days off.

Another Berthoud Pass ski lap out to Roberts Creek chutes.
Across the way, Current creek bench cornices, looks like one already dropped in the left of the photo.
Back side of School of Mines Peak, note crown in bottom right of photo :( not getting on that anytime soon.
Looking down upper Roberts drainage about 3,600’ down to the road.
Rocking out afterward in Empire.

Did a 9.5 mile tour around Mt. Washington on Saturday, including tagging the summit and skiing two ravines. Bluebird day and variable conditions, skiers and riders tomahawking down the headwall, peanut gallery cheering from Lunch Rocks - a wonderful day out :)

30min antagonists circuit: 12 sets total (tris, delts, abs)->45min bike: 10mi, 2200ft gain, HR 70-80% max, high cadence (mid 90s).

19 mile mountain bike ride on Sunday. Throat was headed south, antibiotics yesterday, seems to be coming along. Should see Jaybro in the next few days roaming around the Creek. Taking the bike. Wanna ride the Slickrock.
