My favorite sushi is tempura asparagus with cream cheese. I walked into a "real" sushi bar, and the waiter about had a stroke when thats what I asked for. Evidentally it is not "real" Japanese food. It tastes real to me I told him.

That doesn't mean he shouldn't be/ have been imprisoned, it means he hadn't been caught. Thats why he can brag about it?
Thats not how the letter read to me, but I haven't seen everything, so this is just my opinion based on the one letter. It sounded to me like he was trying to relate to you. Not brag. You have told some pretty crazy stories, and he just wanted to tell one of his. It sounded like he was defending himself because you had called him a phony. Try rereading it from that perspective and see how it reads. And Complaining that he should have gone to jail is kind of lame. I doubt that you went to jail for everything you could have. Likely none of us has.
Rox.. you have lost your mind on this issue. I don't plan to argue with you. This is my opinion. I just want you to think about it. You got so crazy there for awhile that you wanted to fight anyone who did anything. Locker did nothing to you, until you started blaming him.
I disagree that you have lost every argument. I don't like Pate. I think he acts like a dick on this forum, but you have been played by him and others. Weld it has had your number for awhile. He just has to show up and you lose your cool. Once you lose your cool, you lose the argument. At least in their minds. So they just keep laughing and making you lose your cool and its all just a game to them.
So maybe stop losing your cool and stop giving them the satisfaction. And try to remember that It hasn't been a one way street. People get tired of your know it all attitude and your rancor aimed at things like california. You have admitted to having that attitude and having trouble with it. It is a big part of this current situation. Ease up man. None of us can really defend you if you keep going off. Skip complains that people want to ban Pate for things that people have done to him, yet he forgets that he is just as vile. How many times has he called me an idiot or a fool or a clown? I have lost count. It was easy to get Medusa banned because he went after someone who never attacks others. It wasn't because we worship her, as some seem to think. Its kind of a fairness issue. If someone hurls abuse, then they should expect to have to take some. There is a line and I think Pate has crossed it, but it is a hard line to draw because you have also hurled abuse.
Just think about it and lets let this thread die. If Pate keeps after you, eventually we will kick is behind. But right now your arguments don't make a whole lot of sense. Pate is being a dick, but complaining that he didn't get arrested for something he likely did years ago is lame.

You give him too much credit, plus it means you don't respect our ability to ignore him. If enough people thought Pate had crossed too far over the line, then that would have come out. Look at how quickly people posted about Medusa once that thread was started. Not enough People think Pate has gone too far. I'm certain lots think that he is a dick, but lots of us are at times, so it will take more on his part before he is banned. And poking at him will just get people to think that you deserve what you get. So leave off of it.

I have also been talking to someone who was good friends with Osley & I'm almost 100% sure those stories of pate & Osley are one big lie. I think he has trolled you big time so be careful about useing that.
I think I can call him out on it but this is not the time or place for it.
And then again does anyone know this person prsonally like face to face? Speek up. Did he give you some acid?

Hmmm, I hadn't previously heard the theory that the missing 18 minutes on the Watergate tapes were actually Alice's Restaurant. Conspiracy theories usually strike me as a bunch of hogwash, but maybe there's something to this one. No wonder Nixon resigned - it would have totally blown his image.
