Lawrence Ferlinghetti wanted to document the 1965 Beat scene in San Francisco in the spirit of the early 20th century classic photographs of the Bohemian artists & writers in Paris.

so that is 10 o'clock here for me or Sunday night four, and a 1/2 8.5 alc% craft brews down, for me thats a lot !(I should of gone to bed) While in Josh it is still feeding time at the aquarium no excuses sayz I but it was that, that that was ! I am not going to post the project but jaybro, there is 5.12 Wide at the top of that 'crap' It will be perfect sending temps you can bring your guns and bullets there is a shooting range across the road! It is a college town and the EMS store 2 miles from the rock by the whole foods and the mall & the airport, (google maps) will be glad to pay for a slide show!
Let's do this !

Here's my plan...I have a planned recovery, see.
How far things deviate from that is fate, nothin' I can do will stop fate, just ask Achilles. (I watched Troy burn in the movie of the same name last week.)
Next on my list is to deal with pain in my shoulder blade which showed up two-three days after I woke from the surgery, which went as planned and repaired the mitral valve. I'm getting beaucoup mas oxygen to my system now and the energy level is up there, see.
The pain limits my range of motion. I'm not allowed to lift arms high, high, high. Hands over my head is a no-no, as are arms out to the side. Poundage is limited to ten for pulling, pushing, lifting. No driving.
This is the list of "sternal precautions." Until the rehabbing is complete, which they hope is only 6-8 weeks.
Honestly, without the pain, this would be a cruise. But it's presence is felt 24/7. It feels, roughly, like a wire stretched twist the blades across the spine. The pain is probably neural/muscular and I want to go to a local acupuncturist (there is one just a block away) for to seek relief.
It may go away on its own. I have drugs but don't want to use them much...oxycodone and garapentin. They seem effective to some degree. I was able to slumber last night for three solid hours or more...unheard of pre-surgery. Seldom seen, anyway.
Send away the pain, Jesus, if you please.
I'm askin' this on Jack's Blended knees.
The inguinal hernia is next on the list of repairs. This may be as early as whenever the doctors decide to let me have it. Pain and slimple fact is that just because...blah blah blah medical language blah & blah...you can't expect it, only hope, which is really lousy planning, but I'm weak as a mouse pup and must watch the old exertions and stressful occasions. I'm not Achilles, but there are dozens of "heels" here, in comparison.
Athena was Achilles' mother, you may recall.
