Klimmer: Re Pate's comment:

hey klimmer, god spoke to me today.......and he told me he hates you. just like everyone else.

My ex-wife's Baptist parents from the SE explained that all the evidence humans have found that proves the Bible is fiction: is simply God testing us to see if we are true believers in Biblical history.

If we fail the Biblical-history belief-test, then we will burn in hell.

So

Do you think she would punish non-believers with hell, for not believing there is an ark on the moon?

"And who do you think did this? Aliens!" Lol.

My kids bust up when they see him on TV with his hairdo.

I enjoy History Channel's, "Ancient Aliens." Watched nearly all the shows. But they are too quick to accept that the aliens seeded life and they have been manipulating us and our DNA for a long, long time.

Well, obviously I don't buy that. That's what they want us to think. I think its a last days deception, and I think people who don't truly know G-d, but are still seeking to know the truth (that's good to seek to know and want to know!) are being deceived.

The answer to everything is not Aliens, or Aliens must have done it.

I can't stand documentaries and shows about aliens. WEAK evidence. Big holes in the bucket. I've never seen one that didn't have large illogical connections, odd time association, geologic contradictions, and huge leaps of faith required.

Hey man, I wanna believe, but I need some quality.

Fritz,

The Book of Nature and The Book of G-d are in agreement.

The Universe is very old 14.7 to 14.8B years. Our Sun, Sol, is about 5B years old. Earth is about 4.56B years old. The Moon about 4.5B.

The Bible describes a very old creation. G-d himself is called "Ancient of Days." In Hebrew, a day is a period of time. It can be 12 hours, 24 hours, 100s, 1000s, millions, or billions of years, or like the 8th day of creation, eternity, no more time.

All I can say is that they should read Dr. Gerald Schroeder's book, "The Science of God."

I'm half amused and half concerned for the future of our high schoolers,

School boards don't usually appraise teachers by their lawful, private preoccupations and pursuits...OR internet postings.

If they did...the dozens of pornography addicts on ST forum wouldn't be acceptable as teachers in state schools.

As long as dear Klimmer teaches prescribed cirriculum well, follows rules of conduct and doesn't abuse or mislead the kids...they really lack performance based reasoning for refusing his contract.

I'm going to be careful with this critical denigration of ST members relative to their professions. A spite driven busy body in someones local school district or workplace could concievably apply pressure that might affect someone's career.

I doubt Klimmer talks about any of this stuff at school. I imagine he's quite professional in that regard. Not because he thinks its the right thing to do, but because his ass would get fired quicker that Willie Nelson hitting the bong.

is that a faith based judgement, a fact based judgement, or personal bias?...guess it depends on your definition of faith, or fact, or science, or pornography, or addiction,..or bias, or teacher...

Your question would be better directed to those who administer education code in your own state who have fired at least two teachers with a pornography promoting past.

...or the judge who denied Stacie Halas appeal.

If a California education board could censure Klimmer for posting "Ark on the Moon" material on ST...they surely would have latitude to rebuke teachers who repost pornographic material. (I'm not refering to the Stone Nudes art material...but matter your board of education agrees is sleazy and detrimental to kids)

please stop giving Klimmer a hard time

the fact is that there is a lot more we don't know than what we think we know

i don't have to agree with everything he looks at, or agree with his world views, but his posts are significantly more interesting than those of his critics

he is diligently looking into things that are very uncomfortable to many

the main contribution of his critics so far has been to spur him on

restricting yourself to comfortable and acceptable information and world views is not the right way to extend the boundaries of knowledge and understanding

human history is strewn with world views which were ridiculed for many years before becoming authoritatively accepted, notably Aristotle, Ptolemy, Copernicus, Kepler, Newton, Galileo, Darwin, Tesla, Einstein, Hubble, and oh so many others

and there are still many people, perhaps even a majority, who reject the world views of some or all of those people

take it easy...we all have much to learn

An egregious omission

Alfred Wegener

As regards Tesla the contest with Edison has shifted to some extent as there are now high power transmission lines operating DC.

As regards Klimmer I suspect with his thread title
very OT, but of high interest
Klimmer was asking for a razzing. When you consider the state of his data.

My cöck is a antenna and home base to many alien worlds, they say Klimmer is full of śhit, although on good days, when the signal is clear and white, the higher ups announced he is okay with jehovah and the butt probing aliens will only communicate with him about their disco on the moon.

^^^Alfred Wegener; The drifter?
What's even more egregious is to leave the all time Drifter, Jesus of Nazerith out of that list!

His teachings on Truths are still unfathomable today;

"You have heard that it was said, you shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy."
But I Jesus say to you, "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you?
Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brother only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? Therefore you shall be perfect just as your Father in heaven is perfect. Mat. 5:43

Not surprising, one loonie says take it easy on another loonie.

Klimmer enjoys being given a hard time, Cochrane. He can just spread his arms out and dream he is being crucified.
